Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Loved everything

It's close to the station, clean, and the host is kind. The kitchen is spacious and easy to cook. I was also able to use the washing machine, which was helpful.

Had an excellent stay here. The apartment was well equipped, cosy and very well located. There wasn’t one fault with the stay. We even decided to stay an extra couple of nights which our hosts were very helpful in making possible.

Parking in the area isn't great, unfortunately. Other than that it was all good.
Great little stay in the heart of Woking. The apartment was a good size and was easy to find. I had everything needed for the stay and it was very easy to communicate with the hosts. There was a handbook which was handy just in case we needed help with anything. The apartment was clean when we got there and key location was easy to find for the apartment. The apartment's location was good as it was close to the town centre.

I was presently surprised at the modern decor and comfortability of this great apartment very well situated in the centre of Woking on a busy road but so quiet inside. You can’t hear any of the road traffic in the bedroom. You can also park directly outside the property which I found very convenient. everything was absolutely perfect at a great price. I will definitely stay again.

Could not control temperature. It was a tad too warm at night
Great having a parking space out front. It was a nice tasteful modern space. Heated floors were nice. Close to train station for trip to London.

the flat is very nice, clean and cosy. Its features a work desk and high speed internet what helped us to work confortably during our stay. The shower was clean and the water is hot. The bed was comfy and my wife also had the opportunity to sleep on the sofa as I started snoring during the night :) The location is also perfect walking distance from the train station and the town central just a 5 minutes walk too. We discovered a lovely italian coffe shop just across the street however the flat is also equipped with coffe machine, iron. hair dryer etc. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit London ( 20 minutes by train ) or discover Surrey.

Super clean, had everything I needed and very modernised. Brilliant, no faults. The owner brad was brilliant and kept checking in from time to time to make sure there was nothing I needed. 10/10

All round it was very good. I initially struggled to find it as my car satnav didn’t have the postcode! I called the landlord and he told me it was opposite Pizza Express and then it was very easy to find.
Lovely flat, very comfortable and clean. Off street parking directly outside. Nice restaurants nearby. Main station not too far either. The owner was also easy to deal with and very responsive. It felt like the sort of flat I would like as my own!

Very central to Woking town centre and rail station. Jem went out of her way to make my stay as comfortable as possible, thanks too for the loan of the yoga mat!
