The hotel is extremely rundown but I suppose you shouldn’t expect too much for the price. The mattress is like a block of concrete.

The full English breakfast included is great, we had not expected that.

The noise from other guests in the hotel and the leak in the bathroom from the sink. I tried to tell the staff on check out but couldn't find anyone.

I was tricked. I booked a room with an ensuite. When I arrived I was given a room with a shared bathroom, and Booking.com was blamed. Not happy. Will not book again

On main road so you expect some noise but noise from above and outside room was terrible, all night and got very little sleep ,beds not comfortable to sleep , you can see effort been attempted to try and make rooms nice but finishings are poor and cleaning needs more attention!!!

The bathroom door didn’t lock, window didn’t close, internet did not work, so tv didn’t work, even though the price was steep. Breakfast was rediculous, no variety, very basic

Wifi is a bit weak, got cut off intermittently.

The room is spacious and clean, a bit of noise from traffic outside. Breakfast is basic. Ensuite bathroom is spacious. Staff is halepful.

The room was ok but didn’t look like the pictures on the website but it was ok for one night but definitely not luxury it was a bit dingy, I don’t think it was worth £115 we paid. The other think that let it down was there were a few dodgy looking people hanging around reception when we got there, I’m glad I didn’t take my daughter as she would have been petrified.

The staff here were really friendly the beds were really comfy and clean and the breakfast was good. We stayed here as we had a night out at the utilita arena so was perfect location for that.

- needs a deep clean, dirty carpets and bad smells in a few places - could do with more towels, a bath mat and some decent toiletries - poor quality/broken/old fixtures and fittings - think was some sort of care home before and seems like still being used as shelter/temporary accommodation for local residents

Hotel is in need of a lot of care and attention and badly needs redecorating. Bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows, the bathroom smelled really damp and was very uninviting, horrendous stains on the ceilings and wall in the bathroom, there is a hole in the ceiling of the bedroom (room 10), I went to plug my phone charger in to the wall next to the bed and the fascia of the socket fell off. It all felt a little grubby and uncared for.

Breakfast was quite good. Great number of plug points in the room. Location was good and car park wasn’t expensive or busy. Bedding was clean. Staff were mostly very friendly.

Not much to like in the Room was ok though Lots of issues there. bathroom has no lock and not very good in standard and with not much facilities. noise coming easily from other rooms. To be honest it was only good for a night just to stay on transit.
