As the rooms are located on 1/F and 2/F, needs to climbing stairs with luggage. A bit tough for elders .

Lovely decent B&B which locates close to train station , supermarkets and restaurants . Photos show the real conditions of the property.

A very small detail but there was no stopper in the kitchen sink.

The size of the apartment was good. The apartment was spotlessly clean. I was able to park outside the apartment with no charge.

The only thing we couldn't work out was that the heating would come on at 32 degrees in the morning, really stuffy but we had no idea how to fix that

Nothing not to like

Everything was spot on and we'd definitely stay there again. Location was excellent for the town centre. Apartment was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Only a small niggle that some of the internal door handles were a little stiff and maybe need oiling. Also the cot mattress seemed to be covered in pet hair.

The apartment was beautifully presented, spacious and very well equipped. It was clean and warm and cosy when we arrived. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the toiletries were lovely.

Our only tiny complaint, which we realize was for safety and security reasons and is common to many lodging facilities, was our inability to fling open windows in the main bedroom and rooms below. But we are considered fresh air fiends so please don't take this comment too seriously.

The towel, pillow, and duvet were smelly. This was running by Laik company but the cleaning/ laundry was outsourced to another company. The laundry company was shit to be honest. The first night I could not even sleep because of the smelly pillow. Then I contacted the Laik, the managing company, and asked them to arrange a replacement. The seconds morning I left my key in the code box at the front of the property and the laundry company send people in to replace my smelly pillow and towel. After they left, they put the key into the code box but leave the security code on, which anyone could access that property and left my personal belongings at risk. Even the replaced pillow and towel have smell. And my partner could not really bear this place and decide we will never come back again.

The decoration style is excellent. The facilities were good. Location was fantastic.
