Rat traps outside the bedroom doors Sink was blocked Tiny flies in room Filthy room Haven't stopped itching since leaving room No sleep due to the trams No sleep due to other people shouting in their room. Clearly a half way house as people I met were less desirable and clearly not there for work/holiday. Bed sheets had cigarette burns in Room stank Internet went off on both evenings Only a hand towel provided Bathroom door had been punched multiple times Blood and stains over bathroom walls Mould in bathroom Could go on........

The host /staff was great

It should be classed as a hostel not a hotel. Would not advise if your travelling for work and need to sleep, from noisy neighbours to trams until 12. 30am that you feel through the bed. Not clean but this is due to previous guests abusing the place

Everything, there was just so much wrong with it. Not worth the money at all.

Walls painted halfway with different shades; door boarded from what I can guess holes from the past, damp in corners of shower, but by far the worst thing was the location of my room with tram tracks running next to the wall where my bed was!! Trams running late in evening and then again from 5am - luckily, I had ear plugs, but they only cover the noise, and the trams were causing the whole room and bed to shake while they were passing by! The only reason I stayed there was because it was late at night and I needed a rest before another busy day at work - otherwise I wouldn't risk staying there

Cheapest hotel.

It's very, very basic and needs thorough modernisation and a lack of paint everywhere.

I stayed for 9 days paying 450 pounds not once did they clean the room or change the bed sheets

I had no issues with the room, was clean and functional. The single bed was fine, I got a clean towel as well.

The neighbourhood and the whole look of the place was really bad, I did not feel safe around there. At first glance, the place looks as if it was shut down.

The staff were friendly. But they said it wasn’t worth the amount of money I had paid to stay there!!! Inside my room was clean. The staff had cleaned the bathroom really well, but there was no bath matt or hand towel in the bathroom. Just a thin towel for showering.

It didn’t feel very safe, because it was more of a big house than a hotel. But I could double lock my room from the inside. It was right on the tram line so every few minutes my whole room shuddered from the tram. The bedding was brown which was an interesting colour. The entrance to it was around the corner and via the cask park which felt a bit dodgy.

Super small room, no chair or anything to put your clothes or stuff on or even eat, the hotel is right next to a tram station, so noisy all the time. For the same price or even less, you can find alot better options

Very clean single en suite room. Conveniently situated a short walk from tram stop.

Quite noisy with the trams passing. From the front it looked closed up but staff helpful when I went round the back.

Very noisy as Trams went straight past the property day and night. The was a microwave just sitting on the floor, no table. No teaspoon supplied, bedding worn and dated.

Was in a nice quiet area good for relaxing after you come back from a banging festival.

The bathroom floor was wet when I came in. Maybe it is because it was rushed to be cleaned but not that much of a bother. there was a nail in the carpet i stepped on once but never again?

Nothing it was diabolical..there were a few homeless people staying there and they were lovely..

It was run down my window looked out to fallen wall,rubbish ,old carpets and furniture..no kettle ,tea, coffee ,milk,sugar no remote for tv.pillow was filthy.fag burns on bottom sheet,no towels,no coat hanger, light switch taped up unsafe.slug trails,some kind of flies near dirty shower drain that smelt.mouse traps on landing,I felt unsafe and in the morning there was someone trying my door..should have been told it held the homeless...they need to update website and show what the place is really like nothing like the pictures.
