We had the most perfect stay at The Green Room, The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The location was quiet and peaceful with lovely views. We would most definitely recommend and can't wait to return ourselves. Thank you to our host, Sally.

We found nothing not to like.....

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The location was very quiet with great views. We found the kitchenette very useful and food/drink provided for breakfast was most welcome and very tasty. The communication with Sally was first class and she made us feel very much at home.

Very comfortable accommodation in a very quiet location. Attention to detail to make the stay so relaxing, such as dressing gowns was wonderful. The continental breakfast was superb with cereals, fresh berries etc. Sally was a delightful host too!

It was cute and cosy, and felt like we were at home while away from home. It was private and had all the facilities needed. Sally was so friendly!

Sally was very welcoming and friendly on arrival and had provided a lovely cream tea! The room was just lovely, very comfortable, with wonderful views and breakfast was a real bonus. Location was ideal, peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended and I would definitely go back.

Just bigger tv.

The little touches , extras fir partners birthday. The fact that breakfast etc was supplied helpful owners . Lovely area and home. Was like a little flat, shower was amazing. Only minor fault was tv could have been littke bigger but that's only because we were there during euro football. Local pubs walks everything was beautiful.highky recommended would go back . There really was nothing that caused us any issues

Everything was brilliant, from the clear and precise pre-arrival information to the welcoming cream tea we gratefully devoured. Our expectations were surpassed; Sally has created a beautiful property and her attention to detail is second to none. The location is perfect for exploring the South Downs providing you can tear yourself away from the relaxing private garden and wealth of wildlife that visits.

Location was a perfect getaway for a couple of days. Tucked away and peaceful with a lovely view. Host Sally was warm and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Not a proper Bed & Breakfast. It is more a self- catering accomodation which is also very nice. On the first day Sally left 2 scones and one bread and some cold items, in the fridge, as milk, butter, red fruits, orange juice, jams. For a long stay some itens need to be replaced. On our 3 rd morning we did not have any bread or fruits. The acess road is very narrow but doable.

Cosy little house, lovely decorated , perfect for a weekend break. The bed was confortable and all the place was spotless clean. Sally was lovely since the reservation and sent us all the details needed to reach the house. Many beautiful villages in the area and a great Pub ( White Horse ) close by. We will return for sure.

I can't think of anything. It was perfect.

I booked The Green Room for my Christmas retreat, and arrived on Christmas Day to the warmest of welcomes by an exceptional host. Sally had even wrapped a little Christmas gift for me with a card, beautiful candle and some very pretty and subtle Christmas decorations. As she was visiting family on the day she invited me to arrive early so she could show me the room and make sure I had everything I needed before she headed off. I couldn't have asked for more. The room was clean, cosy, equipped with everything and anything a guest might need. Anything extra I might have needed, Sally was happy to provide. Apart from a message on Boxing Day to check I was happy and didn't need anything, I was left in peaceful, blissful solitude which is exactly what I needed. The view was amazing from the balcony, and despite the cold, I sat with the back door open to immerse myself a little more in nature. So many beautiful little birds and tall trees. Thank you Sally for providing such a wonderful and peaceful retreat.
