Sadly and I'm always honest and it was a noisy room at the front side.. A lot of traffic TV only had 3 channels and was quite a tiny wall mounted one But otherwise perfect and good value will 100% visit again!!

The fact tv did not work and fact the cleaner accused me of taking a hand towl from my room but I was honless so can't complain only cost £40 a warm bed witch I was happy to sleep on

To be honest there wasn't anything I didn't like. My first impression from the outside was that it may be a run down in the room... but the room was good.

My room was very clean and you could tell the bedding was fresh and by the looks of it recently purchased. I was welcomed as I arrived and shown to my room. The room had a microwave and fridge , which was perfect as I was travelling for work and nipped up the road to the supermarket and was able to relax in the room and eat at the table.

Wales doesn’t really do taxis. Be prepared to walk - it’s very hilly

Double glazing let in noise as the widows didn’t close fully but it was pretty quiet road and when reported the landlady said she’d report and get it fixed soon. Minor issue to be honest and it didn't detract from a pleasant stay.

Clean and tidy room, friendly landlady, room had fridge, kettle and microwave as well as a small table with plates and cutlery. Ideal for me heading for a local parkrun who just wanted porridge and a coffee for breakfast.

The only downside was the location, it is quite far on the edge of the town. There is a bus stop just outside though.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I liked the room itself it was comfortable had a decent shower, kettle etc basically everything you need for a solo traveller.

The bed was clean but the room & bathroom needed a good clean.

It was easy to find. The room was fine. The price was excellent. A full size fridge & a microwave was a bonus.

The staff were lovely. Ideal for a quick drop off between travel destinations. I left a phone charger and they kindly sent it back to me. Unbelievable service. Thank you

Old building with old facilities but has everything you need. Bit of a walk to town but does have a shop and afew takeaways close by if need be.

Easy to find and park. Got a friendly welcome and room shown with keys quickly. Spacious room with handy ensuite, microwave, kettle and useful utensils. Great lamp on draw unit with a comfy bed. (Room 2)

The landlady was just lovely. It's just a good value stopover on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. Fridge and microwave was in the room. Bathroom was clean and the beds comfy. Can't go wrong at this price.

It had a hostel vibe which is not necessarily a bad thing. The floor felt a little gritty under foot but it looked like it had been cleaned. The floorboards outside my room were creaky so I could hear my neighbours go to bed and I was concerned about waking people up when I left early in the morning

It was easy to park close to the hotel and the person covering check in was very friendly. The room had a fridge, kettle and air fryer so I was able to keep my oat milk cold (rare, I usually have to leave it out over night), and had the option of cooking. I only needed somewhere to shower and sleep, so I’m not sure how close it is to amenities but it was perfect for what I needed

Their checkin hours are up to 8:30pm, however due to delays enroute I actually ended up arriving at around 11pm, fortunately they were really accommodating and waited for me to arrive which I really appreciated The hotel is still quite new and they’re really good value for what you get. The staff are friendly and welcoming too

Su was at the premises to greet us, and was really helpful in securing our bikes in the lounge. The staff are really making an effort to build the business. We appreciated the fridge, microwave, etc, and there's a great take away curry place down the road.

Amazing value for money, the room was bigger than expected, well equipped with a TV, water boiler cutlery and plates. The hot water was instant from a power shower. Reception lady was very friendly and kind.
