The shower in our room wasn't very powerful and needs replacing but owners said our room is due to be redecorated and shower replaced imminently.

Location was perfect, a few metres from the high street with free parking, couldn't have asked for better. Room was clean and spacious and amenities topped up daily. Very comfortable bed and the added touch of a fridge was brilliant. Good communication and easy check in/out. Would recommend to others.

I should have been more attentive that the room I have booked was with bath only. No shower. Was good opportunity to take a bath though.

I was a bit disappointed with the fact that a full English was not inclusive in the price, it was a sparse continental breakfast. You could order breakfast on-line and have a menu however, the breakfast time of 09:00 was too late for me. I asked about parking, which apparently was not mentioned that you had to ring and give you vehicle details. In the morning at 07:30 I tried to call the number as instructed but nobody picked up, so I left an email message. Seems odd that they are living on site as contact was a bit difficult.

The location was ideal, the rooms clean and tidy. The hand over went smoothly and all instructions were given on how to operate,TV etc.

There was a bath but no shower. Would have been good to have a shower head to put on the taps if nothing else. No curtain or blind on dormer window, so light early.

We found the room very hot, even with the fan on and window open and the slanted roof was abit of a nuisance. But would defiantly stay here again.

The room was a little bit hot, so maybe a small portable fan as I had the loft room which was rather hot during the nighttime.

The continental breakfast was good and the location was excellent just next to the bus station, but there is also parking. Good for a solo traveller. Nice central location.

Being in the loft and nearly 6ft tall, I needed to be mindful of the space. No seat or desk in situ, but fold up ones in wardrobe.

Well situated for town and train station. Nice and quiet and well ventilated on top floor.

Thin walls and could hear talking coming from next door at night . We were in the attic.

Clean and modern, loved the fridge and that continental breakfast was already set up in the room when we arrived. Also that we could park there before check in. We were going on the river boat cruise.
