Poor WiFi… even on ground floor

Central and easy to access- so long as you can do stairs… but very comfortable and hosts are both friendly and knowledgeable- really did enjoy my time. Thanks

The room was quite warm. The beds were a bit creaky.

There should be more chopping boards for different kinds of food, especially because some people don't wash them right away or are doing multiple things while they took, so it can take a while before you're able to use the chopping board assigned for that kind of food. In the self-contained shower, it would be great to add something that you can use to rest your things on top of instead of the floor which can be wet. The rooms upstairs can also get pretty hot and the window doesn't open much. Maybe consider providing a small fan for particularly hot days, as it was a bit difficult to fall asleep until the temperature dropped later into the night.

Friendly staff, very professional but laid back and accommodating to our needs. Helpful with bike storage and picking up bags later the next day. . A lovely lounge area too. Very cosy.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Toilet / washroom was a tad on the small side but other than that - all great.

Only cos I'm old, the stairs were a challenge with a rail only one one side. It's not a complaint, just a comment for others who may find stairs challenging.

Can't beat this location it's on the esplanade in the centre of town. Beds were great really comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus. The bathroom for women was just down the hall on L2 it was never unavailable and always clean with plenty of toilet paper and hand towels. We slept like logs. Parking was easy after about 6:30pm we could get a park right out front. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished.

We were lucky with being on the first floor - a toilet not too far away and we were each only 1 set of stairs from a shower. Neither of us had to queue for a shower but if you were a big single sex group, the bathroom facilities may be tricky. Would’ve been good to have a mirror in the room.

Great location in middle of Tobermory. It has good bicycle storage and I was able to charge my e-bike. The room was comfortable and had great views. Our expectations were fairly low but we were pleasantly surprised and the hostel more than met our needs.

The one tiny outside toilet, for use by everyone. Not pleasant at any time, least if all in the middle of the night.

Location, staff, kitchen and lounge. Secure and safe. Ladies shower and toilets upstairs were fine. Good set of reading material and board games.

Location was amazing and the free parking on the road outside was really handy. Staff were friendly, helpful and interested. Kitchen was fantastic: very clean, really well equipped and plenty of room for guests to cook and eat at the same time.

Old building,wee upgrade needed but it is a youth hostel with shared facilities.

Perfect location, wonderful harbour view. Good size room for 3. Kitchen had everything you need, local shop closed by.
