The bathroom was filthy and the toilet and shower looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly in months. The toilet had brown stains and the shower had similar brown marks around the edge and mould up the walls. The other guests were noisy and woke us up several times. The bedroom was not as dirty as the bathroom but there was a stain on one of the headboards and stains on the bedding. The beds were not comfortable to sleep in.

It was convenient to use the self check-in. The small bedroom was adequate for a night's stay. We were provided with laundered towels and bedding.

The room was tiny. Teeny tiny. The carpet clearly wasn't cleaned and we didn't trust the towels enough to dare use them (and I have slept nights in cow stables). The toilet was leaky. Each time we flushed we'd have a little river of questionable juice. Didn't dare use the bathtub/shower combo either. The kitchen was nasty, and clearly saw as much cleaning as the rest of the building. Sadly some past tenants saw the state of it and gave it the respect it ommits: none. Pots and pans were dirty from gods know how long ago.

The bed seemed clean. When there was confusion as to how to get in, the phone got picked up immediately. The window opens fully

The place was filthy, and it smelly. From the main entrance, the corridors, and the room . The bathroom was disgusting, I couldn't have a shower because the bathtub was filthy and covered with stains. The carpet in the room was smelly and covered with stains. The bed sheets were crumbled and very old. Nothing in the property matched the picture on the booking.com site. They should refund my money back for false advertisements. What a disappointment 😞

Couldn't access the building, tried to contact the office. No answer. Was messaged back and told to use the keypad. Messaged back to inform them the keypad was faulty, received the same message back. Tenant of the building couldn't access his property either, but they said the keypad was working. I sent them a video on Whatsapp showing that it was unopperational. Only managed to get in to retrieve my belongings, as someone exited the premises. Picked up my bag, my keys and escaped to another hotel. Never stayed and never will. Flat in a very dodgy area with drunks and junkies. Place was absolutely filthy and in total disrepair. Puddles of water and wet towels on the bathroom floor. Should be demolished. I advise everyone to stay clear. Wouldn't even let my dog stay in this sh#th*le. Do not know why this is listed on Booking.com, just brings the whole site into disrepute. Credit card company has withheld payment. STAY CLEAR. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOTAL RIPOFF AND OWNERS VERY DISRESPECTFUL !!!!!!!!!

This venue is situated in a dire-looking terrace - scruffy, rubbish and graffiti abound. A man on drugs tried to persuade us that we needed not 6 but no 8. The house number looked as though it had been inscribed with a thick marker pen. All told, it looked grubby and very uninviting. We did not continue trying to see inside. It gave us absolutely no confidence. Take it off your books.

Bed linen wasn’t clean and smelt terrible. Covered in hair, skin detritus and smelt strongly of body odor. Carpets were pealing at the corners, reviewed uncovered floorboards. Bathroom was pretty grim. The kitchen was in dire need of a clean; we found somethings growing in there. Genuinely terrible place. I have never reviewed a property before but others need to know how bad this was

Upon arrival there was no one around i tried to contact the number given 5 times and no response i then had to book another hotel for the night costing me a further £80 the next day I received the entry details to find rubish under the beds still and the bed linen was covered in stains and full off dog hairs i an very disappointed

I come to Dundee from st Andrews I took a taxi to Simpson street but couldn't find you didn't know it was in a flat so I had to go back home again.
