United KingdomThe cupboard in the room was damp, rendering it unusable ,dirty towels, and leftover clothing in the drawer. Smoke alarm continued to bleep as the batteries needed replacing, too high to change. Oven trays dirty and bottles of water left at the side of the bed. The living area smells strongly of smoke, and a dog has scratched the door.I am a chronic asthmatic between the dampness and smoke odour. It was not conducive to my health. On arrival, we could not access the property as the keys were not in the safe. After several calls, we eventually got a response. Apparently, the cleaner decided to leave them on the ledge above the door but didn't tell anyone. This is a lovely property in a fabulous location. However, cleaning clearly lacks attention to detail, and the cupboard in the room is not fit for purpose. I contacted the hosts with my concerns and received no reply. I am very disappointed as the stay was to celebrate my husband's retirement. I am aware that certain issues may be difficult to resolve. However, others were easily fixed. Some of these have been identified by other guests and remain the same. We use Booking.com regularly, and this is the first time I have had concerns. On the whole, the flat is decorated to a good standard. However, we won't be returning. This is a shame as the location is ideal.
The location was fabulous. You also had everything you needed and very comfortable.

United KingdomThere was limited hanging space - it was available at the back of a cupboard in the bedroom, however as this was used to store a mop we were reluctant to use it. There was a slight damp smell from mop, but this did not reduce our enjoyment. Might there be somewhere else this could be stored 🤔
A bright, clean apartment. We really loved the 'Tiffany" theme through the whole place, very quirky 👍😊 The bed was very comfy, fantastic shower, lovely thick towels. A very clean kitchen with everything we needed. The flat was in a great location, long term parking not a problem as plenty of spaces in nearby streets. There were lovely restaurants and bars nearby - food was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 👍😊

AustraliaIt advertised parking but that was false we were told 2 park in the church grounds & our car was locked in we sent several messages 2 the owners but received no reply we found out where the priest lived & he was kind enough 2 let us out he said they had 2 lock the gate as people were parking there & left no room 4 parishioners thanks the apartment was lovely but parking was a headache I chose the property because of the parking facility

United KingdomThe main problem was the hot water supply didn't work and the owner was advised after our first night.We stayed another of 3 nights but nothing done - very poor service.Boiling electric kettle became a drag. The bedroom TV didn't get a signal.. The fridge freezer compartment had a broken door,so it was totally iced up. The instructions to gain access to the apartment were inaccurate.
Very central location,close to shops and restaurants. The noise levels were very low,easily for sleeping. The quirky association with old film Breakfast at Tiffany's was mildly amusing . Very comfortable bed. Good central heating.
