Very comfortable well equipped en-suite bedroom with bay view. Spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. Excellent breakfast menu with a comprehensive and diverse range of options all delivered to the table. Food cooked to order to a very high standard. A very pleasant and welcoming host. A good location with the promenade directly opposite and just a 10 min walk to Mumbles town centre.

We stayed for just one night but had such a great experience. The room was lovely—clean, comfortable, and beautifully kept. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A perfect little spot by the beach—wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This is a lovely guest house in a great location. It’s immaculately clean and the rooms have super comfy beds and a great shower. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches like fresh milk and a mini fridge and fans in our room. The breakfast is outstanding. We really really loved our visit here.

Unfortunatley it was the mattress and pillows, too soft for me and my husband, but others may find this comfortable, but us older people who have joint pain not so good.

Breakfast was excellent, location close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. The host was amazing and could not do enough for you. Also very informative. While we were there it was my birthday and when i came down to breakfast there was a birthday banner set up against the window , plus a birthday card and box of chocs, plus he borrowed his wifes vase of yellow roses for the table. It was a lovely surprise.

Metin, the charismatic owner, couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was fabulous.

We stayed in room 5 in the attic which had fabulous views across Swansea. The room was very clean a nicely decorated. The location was ideal for a short walk along the promenade to Mumbles centre. It’s a hidden gem and cannot rate the property highly enough.

Everything thing was fine- but 2 things really stood out- The friendly helpfulness of owner Menit. The superb breakfast- large portions of good quality well presented food.
