Loved the ambience, the serenity and the homeliness of the place. The house and environs were neat to a fault. The staff were kind and happy to help. The facilities are well maintained and in proper working condition... Then there's the gym, park, sauna, jacuzzi and pool...

The sofa bed - it had a piece broken in the middle causing it to sag so it needs either fixing or replacing. Also the fan oven didn’t work. I reported these issues to reception when we checked-out so hopefully they will be addressed.

The one-bed family apartment we stayed in was stunning! Far surpassed expectations. Really quiet, spacious and modern with everything you need.

Nothing, everything was just as it should be.

Stayed here many times and it’s always a great place to stay, however this time it seemed to have gone up a notch. Everything was perfect.. the staff were super helpful as always, including the staff at the pool. Our room was lovely and all in all everything made for a wonderful stay.

Well equipped room and kitchen, bathroom was superb spacious and very comfortable . The Hall was a magnificent historic building with Huge fireplace panelled rooms and restaurants.Spa swimming pool and sauna plus country walks and wildlife on the doorstep.

The paper blinds were very annoying and let a lot of light in from the path lights however the reason for them was explained so not a complaint.

The staff were all very helpful, polite and cheerful. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities and I had a lovely massage in the cabin.

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful location and surroundings, with an amazing apartment that had all the amenities we needed. The staff throughout the complex were very friendly. The resort featured a lovely pool and sauna—the pool temperature was perfect—and it’s a great place for both couples and families. The gym, although small, was very well equipped with everything needed for a solid workout. Facilities are open from 8am to 8pm, which was ideal for morning or late afternoon leisure.

The sofas were uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed in the lounge. We didn't use it as a sofa bed but couldn't use it to sit on.

Beautiful large apartment with plenty of space. The staff were lovely both in reception and the leisure centre. Comfy bed and a beautiful view over the fields.

Our whole apartment smelt of Indian curry. Don't know if it was from the people downstairs, or the previous occupants. Such a shame. We opened all the windows and doors. It was also v hot being one of the hottest weeks of the year

Stayed in the 6 bedroom apartment . Think of it more as a holiday home rather than a hotel overnight accommodation. There is a swimming pool, playground, carp lake, walks etc. There is a washing machine , dishwasher, fridge, freezer, sofas, balcony, 2 lovely bathrooms. The meal in the dining hall was v good. Would recommend. You can buy commodities like bread, ice, etc. from the shop in the hall.

It wasn’t totally clear how the self-serviced apartments worked, but no complaints on that.

The grounds, the facilities and the overall setup was quite unique and refreshing.
