I wish I’d asked about a ground floor room, the stairs were a bit much for me. (my fault though)

The location was perfect for me, I know the area, easy to get around. Third House had far more facilities than I expected, laundry room, big kitchen. I was able to contact the landlady easily, we were kept updated about the use of all the appliances.

The window in the room had been left open and unfortunately I couldn't reach it to close it. Ended up getting sniffles but everything else in the room was great so didn't mind too much.

Excellent public transport links - bus stop within a minute from the door. Comfortable and spacious room with kitchen access. Kitchen not only had cooker, oven, & microwave but also had a fridge & freezer for guests use.

Window looked directly into the window of another room (about 3 metres away!). No scissors in kitchen and shortage of forks.

Size and cleanliness of room and shower room. Quiet. Decent kitchen. On main bus route to city centre and Deeside.

I’d have to think hard to find a negative. Nope, I can’t!

Very much designed as an “easy in, easy out” boarding house really, but very well located, excellent free parking, precise instructions provided for arrival (and departure) and most importantly a very comfortable, warm and welcome en suite room, albeit small (in fairness I opted for a standard small room and it was therefore, as expected)

This isn't a gripe, but not being 'techy' I failed to find BBC Channel One on the television, it may help to have printed instructions. ( just for your maintenance man, only one bulb working in the bedside lamp nearer to the window.⁸,

The only fault I have is that it is a 30 min walk into town, however, I chose it based on location which was close to the office. Being a bit further from town means that it is quiet overnight despite being on a main road.

Great facilities in terms of kitchen and space. I have stayed in two different room for 5 days at a time now and both rooms were well presented, clean with good bathrooms and showers.

It was an amazing place; I was so happy with my experience being there. I have had many bad experiences, but I truly enjoyed it; it was a clean, well-prepared room, and the towels and stuff were so clean. The loo was clean, and the shower was better than some hotels. Everything is worth what I paid, and I am happy about it. so much I also appreciate owner information and being responsible for needs.

It's a well maintained guest house. You have everything one needs. Shared kitchen to cook with all white goods, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs and also has washing machine and dryer. The room I stayed isn't that big, but sufficient for 2 with own bathroom, but comfy bed and well insulated with a small tv. Bathroom is nice with hot water when needed and tidy. Internet is fast. Quick responses from landlady.

The hosts were very clear with check in instructions and what to do , the room was super clean with an excellent shower and the bed was comfortable and warm The price for the nice quiet location was excellent I would definitely stay again in future
