Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom needs a bit of updating, headboard needs a revamp, shower central control temperature was the opposite to the cold and red stickers, door frame in bathroom needs a repaint, extractor fan in bathroom needs replacing. Mattress lumpy needs updating. Room is a little tight, but the balcony makes up for it.
Staff on the reception and at breakfast were super friendly and helpful. Balcony room views were amazing. Great fluffy robes, too. Breakfast plentiful, although being in London, why wasn't there british bacon? Good location and not too far to walk to train station and excellent location for Abba Voyage.

A real hidden gem amongst the independent hotels of London. You're never quite sure what you'll get when booking a non-chain hotel but the Westbridge was excellent. Clean, secure, comfortable, excellent location and with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Ticked all the boxes.

IrelandVery nice hotel right beside the Stratford shopping centre, so plenty of shopping and food options nearby, and beside a major transport hub with many buses and trains/tubes going in every direction around London, a perfect spot for getting around the city fast while being more affordable then staying in Zone 1. Very comfortable bed and clean room, with a good shower and well stocked bathroom. I left my hoodie in the wardrobe in the room after checkout, and they kindly called and agreed to hold on to it for me so a relative living in London could pick it up a couple of weeks later, so top marks to the staff for helping with this. Highly recommended for a couple or friends needing a base in London for an event or to see the sights

The location for our visit to All points east festival at Victoria park was good and it was only 10 minutes walk to Westfield shopping centre. The staff also decorated the bedroom with a few balloons for a birthday celebration. This was done complimentary. Which i thought was very good customer service.

Whilst the hotel looks quite unkempt from the outside this is in no way representative of the interior which is stylish and exceptionally clean. If you’re going to see ABBA Voyage this is the very best hostellers to stay. It’s a single stop back to Stratford and then on to Pudding Lane again a single stop in the DLR. Great value and really convenient.
