The place is grand

I have stayed here many many times and found it to be pleasant, ok could do with a tad of an upgrade. But that apart the stay is more than made up for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast is super. Highlight of each visit is meeting up with the really excellent Sharon on reception, breakfast, kitchen and entertainment departments. Thanks sniffer 😊

our train was delayed, but the were happy to organise for the night porter to let us in. Very friendly staff.

My room was on the first floor and my window was next to the hotel garden, where people could sit and talk. This was the worst problem for me. Especially on Saturday evening, people were outside until late at night, which disturbed my sleep.

I stayed in the hotel for a week. The staff are friendly and there is an opportunity to have breakfast and Sunday lunch, too. If you need anything for your room, such as toilet paper or soup, the staff will supply it immediately. The hotel is near the main street and not far from Lidl and B&M.

Nothing. This was exactly what I would hope for at this price point…no swimming pool, or luxurious spa, but that doesn’t come at this price. If in doubt, stop here, support a lovely business.

Super easy to find, great parking, and central for town. The room was clean, tidy, and well set up…tea and coffee (4 of each and enough milk) with a real find…full sized mugs! It’s a family style hotel, exactly what we look for when traveling, much nicer than a corporate purple hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the whole hotel was clean and tidy, well maintained too. Perfect for an overnight or weekend visit to family/friends. We will be back.

Toilet didnt flush that well and green light in the room but nothing to worry about

I thought it was great value for money, very good location and an excellent breakfast - the staff were on hand at all times and were polite and responsive. It is not the most luxurious stay but on a basis that you are using the hotel as a base for a visit or work, it is worth it.

It was 5 mins walk from. Crewe railway station. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very tired. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower ok

Very close to Crewe train station, we had the family room (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) very spacious and clean. Friendly welcome, quiet location, lots of shops (convenience stores, fast food places,few pubs) close to the hotel. We stayed here as we had a concert to attend in Manchester where prices had rocketed and limited availability in Manchester Piccadilly, so stayed here in Crewe and back on train to Manchester to concert. Perfect and we saved a fortune

It is what it is and was the best VFM as far as we were concerned. No problems but don't expect the Savoy.

Have stayed before so no surprises involved, stayed with a colleague in a twin room and we needed to be close to Crewe station as involved with charter trains. Room clean, shower good and no breakfast involved as out too early. Bed was comfortable and staff excellent.
