fantastic place , the owners are lovey .Great location .room and breakfast exceeded our expectations . I have stopped n a 5 star hotel a few times and the waters edge beats them hands drown . looking forward to our next visit

It is like 4-5 star hotel. The hostess is lovely.. The room was beautifully decorated, the en-suite and room facilities first class. The beds really comfortable. Breakfast choice was good and varied with the cooked food absolutely delicious. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We used the water taxi frequently and it was easily accessible. A decent walk into the town so we used taxis in the evening which were reasonably priced.

Water taxi was often full so we had to walk to the neighbouring campsite to get on the boat

Beautiful house. Very comfortable room. Ana and Andre were lovely and very welcoming. Lots of choice for breakfast. We had a lovely weekend.

Nicely decorated and very clean. Very quiet overnight. Good parking facilities. Excellent breakfast in bright and pleasant dining room. Walkable into town (half an hour) along a main road or by water taxi - available during the daytime. Comfortable bed. Spacious car park. Easy to find despite being well off main road.

Room smaller than expected at the price. .

All facilities were fine. Room and en suite excellent. Breakfast excellent. Location very good for Stratford on Avon.

Breakfast was exceptional best we have ever had in a b&b and some hotels we have stayed in. Both Andre and Ana were so friendly and welcoming which made our stay all the better they are a lovely couple

Andre and Anna were exceptional hosts. I enjoyed my visit so much that I extended my stay. Thankfully my excellent hosts were able to make that possible. From the moment I arrived these lovely people treated me like an old friend. My visit was very special!

I was upset at how an older duck on the property was trying to get all the snacks laid out by Anna, but she straightened that duck out right away!

Although the staff were very accommodating to alter sleeping arrangements for us if needed, it seems that a booking of a twin room is not specific enough to mean 2 single beds. This was not the best start to our stay but all turned out ok in the end.

We had a lovely few days. Ana and Andre was so welcoming and so friendly. The breakfast was amazing with so much continental choice along with a fresh Cooked breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Very quiet location, bed comfy, slept very well, beautiful clean property inside, attentive hostess, riverside frontage lovely.River taxi service great when quiet, pleasant way to get to town and back, knowledgeable driver.Breakfast very good, good choice of dishes, this place is run with a lot of love ❤️

We arrived a little early, were turned away by the host, told to come back later, no offer to bring bags in, not the best first impression, I would have personally left and booked somewhere else if not prepaid. Better reception when we returned, asked to fill breakfast choices in before we even got to our room. Could do with a sign at the top of the road, as it appears that you are going onto the caravan site .River taxi good, but at weekends, they had no room for us so ended up walking to town and back, not a problem for us, but could be issue for less able guests.

The property was very clean and spacious. The room we stayed in (Ocean Breeze) was lovely. The bathroom was amazing - loads of space and a rain shower. The owners were really lovely and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome.

From the outset we received helpful communications re location and parking facilities and owners Ana and Andre were very welcoming on arrival. The guest house was very spacious, clean and beautiful, with a high level of attention to detail throughout our entire stay. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold options. We would highly recommend the Waters Edge.

Absolutely nothing , every element exceeded our expectations.

The place is extremely clean and well presented.The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The hosts are helpful and friendly. To get into the town centre, we used Uber, which took us around 6 minutes. It was just right for our weekend trip.

The rooms are colour coded so if you are particular about colours you may need to check in advance for your preference.
