Our shower screen door was broken. We could have a shower but I felt that the door was not safe and a hazard. I feel that this should have been noticed when our room was cleaned before we arrived. We did report this to reception but nothing was done to repair it. Very disappointed..

The location was perfect for our stay in Northumberland. Beds were very comfortable. We both enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of choice.

It was very warm with a high tog duvet. Maybe some alternative could be offered

I was lucky to get parking on property but it seems to be a problem up this way that there is never enough parking for all the guests of b&bs

Spacious family room, extremely comfortable beds. Great quality tea, coffee and biscuits in the room. Excellent breakfast, fabulous location. Small car park on site a bonus as getting parked in Bamburgh can be a challenge. Fabulous hotel, definitely looking to stay again

Shower door came off in my hands and the room was very small, could of done with a fan as the room was very warm and only a small part of the window opened.

The location was great, very friendly helpful staff, breakfast was very good and plenty choice, there was some private parking although a bit tight it was a bonus, value for money.

Shower cubicle quite restrictive and hose nroken, sink looked dirty but it was because it's chipped. No seats as in picture but don't think that would have helped as room quite small

Lovely room for the night. Very comfortable bed. Staff were nice and we had breakfast included in the price. Served with an English breakfast and a buffet. Only a five minute walk down the road to Bamburgh Castle.

Parking is a hassle but honestly this was a problem we encountered in almost every hotel we stayed in during our trip. We were ultimately fortunate to get a space on the street in front of hotel. Also, the restaurants we chose were full. It would be VERY helpful if we had gotten a communication when booking advising us to get reservations in advance and to suggest several restaurants.

We loved our room. Large bay windows looking out front. Roomy and comfortable. Maybe one of best rooms of our trip.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. Quilt was lumpy. Room was warm (heatwave) could have done with just a sheet or blanket. Being picky, room needed more drawers and hangers, bathroom needs towel rails or hooks.

Overall the room was very good. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Great location. Great staff.
