Location was great.

The mattress was terrible. We kept almost rolling out of our bed because the mattress would go right to the frame. We went to open the window and there were old mattresses a d furniture outside the window.

Location

There was mould damage on the wall and a strong smell of mould all over the room. Under the sink it was very unclean with napkins left around.

The bathroom was modern. There was also a little tea and coffee corner, which was a very good surprise for us.

The room was a little bit noisy.

Ideal location. Very clean.

Everything was perfect.

The accommodation was very good the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The location was very good and central

The bed was rather bumpy but the main problem was the lack of soundproofing between floors. The people upstairs walked around their apartment during the night disturbing our sleep

Very easy to get into the accommodation. Clear instructions. Location is easy to get to from the city centre. Lots of food places close to the accommodation. Fun family room with 5 beds.

Several things were not working or not working properly. Empty soap dispenser, bathroom mirror light not working. Lose toilet seat. Torn pillow and bed pillow sheet looked too small for the pillow. 5 beds but only a table with two seats.

I was expecting a small room but what we got was a studio apartment with en suite, far exceeded our expectations. There was also tea/coffee provided and toiletries +, big soft towels in bathroom.. 30 minute walk to the castle which was doable

Only negative is location but there was a bus stop 200 yards down the road with frequent buses,

Good communication about how to check in door locks etc .

Photo of property is very out date . Its poor , laundry bags in hallway for two days found it hard to identify building . Soap dispensers available but empty . Fitting removed on bathroom wall old adhesive left on. Bed mattress seemed well worn needs replacing

The room was comfortable and it was easy to access the building. Good basic facilities in the room.

Some areas could use a little TLC: sink was cracked and the blind was broken in the bathroom. Toiletries were empty and no milk for drinks.

Breakfast was not an option for us

The beds were really uncomfortable. New mattresses are a must.

The location is pretty much the only good thing about this place... everything is easily walkable

Where do I start!!!! The room was was hot, damp, dirty. The furniture was derelict. The mattresses were about 2cm thick, if we sat up in our beds we could feel the bed frame underneath us. You can hear literally everything and everyone in every part of the house. The window that opens directly onto the street in room 1 neither locks or stays open to let the dank air out. None of this would matter to me If I wasn't paying nearly £300.

The bed was comfy

Unclean when we arrived, cleaner arrived after we messaged to ask, no shampoo refill, bit messy house all together, but for price it suited us.

The place was absolutely filthy dust was inches thick every where inside top of microwave was appalling have taken photos

We liked the location of the property

No parking, the facilities, no tea or sugar , the cushions were ripped , washroom door doesn’t have a lock, no drinking water option,room wasn’t light enough.

Friendly staff, very fast feedback.The bed linen is clean.

The rooms are superficially cleaned, they need a general cleaning (dust on the blinds, etc.). The smell of dampness, the house needs major repairs. There are only 2 mugs in the family room. I would like a small refrigerator and more dishes (there is a microwave, but you can't heat anything up because there is no plate). There was no coffee or sugar.

Nice, clean and cozy apartment. Approximately 10-15 min walk to the center. Quiet neighbourhood.

Appeared dated outside and grubby with weeds and cigarette ends,on entering room wow smell of damp and was musty opened window straight away,on window sill were 2 dead flies and in bathroom there were 5 dead flies 4 on floor 1 in sink also loo roll packed into back of boxing in obviously to keep something in there tv wasn’t working it was in German had to google translate meaning of settings for tv contacted the owner about this wasn’t really helpful eventually we sorted it out ourselves the aerial cable was damaged that’s why we couldn’t get a picture wiggling it picture came on fridge was noisy during night lamp wasn’t in best condition beds uncomfortable worst night ever glad to leave

The chair cover has stains and is dirty. The drainage of the shower area is absolutely poor and there is no ventilation in the bathroom. There is only one stick of coffee. It is very difficult to open the lock of the main door.
