Several things were not working or not working properly. Empty soap dispenser, bathroom mirror light not working. Lose toilet seat. Torn pillow and bed pillow sheet looked too small for the pillow. 5 beds but only a table with two seats.

Very easy to get into the accommodation. Clear instructions. Location is easy to get to from the city centre. Lots of food places close to the accommodation. Fun family room with 5 beds.

Some areas could use a little TLC: sink was cracked and the blind was broken in the bathroom. Toiletries were empty and no milk for drinks.

Unclean when we arrived, cleaner arrived after we messaged to ask, no shampoo refill, bit messy house all together, but for price it suited us.

Location was pretty good. Paying $300 AUD a night was rather expensive for the room with a tiny tiny bathroom, single beds with 1 thin Doona and no spare blankets. Heater didn't work in room. 1 wine glass and 1 champagne glass wad pretty ordinary if you wanted to have a wine at end of day. No spare bath towels, no bathmat so water constantly on bathroom floor. I had to take a towel from the dirty laundry in front hall to act as a bath mat. No Tea towel to dry dishes.

The property needs some TLC. The bedding was not the correct size for the bed and the mattress needs to be replaced.

The location was perfect. It was easy to get a bus from the property.

The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The staff were polite and gave us fresh towels when the first ones were dirty. But the bathroom was not clean, there were someone's hair thanking off the shower shelf.

The location is very nice, close to all of the attractions and the area itself is quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep.

There was a ton of mold on the grout of the bathtub and there was a bright green exit sign inside the unit by the front door that shined right into the bedroom even with the shades pulled.

It was warm upon arrival and was spacious and comfortable! It also had a kitchenette with everything we needed.

The place had a weird smell (not all the time). Some of the curtains were damaged and the floor wasn't the sturdiest.

The place was pretty cheap and the rooms were relatively big. Comfy beds.

It’s not a hotel, no stand-by staff nor room service, no towel change for 4 days. No drinking water provided. Only provided bath towel and bath mat, no face towel. No slipper. No toiletries (toothpaste/brush, shower cap), broken exhaust fan. Since will wooden floor upstairs, all footsteps and noises from upstair is noisy. Though ours was double room, only provides one chair, one spoon and folk set. Only one ceiling light and I felt the room is so dim.

The location is good. The staff responded in short time. The space for two people is quite enough. The check-in wasn’t that difficult. Quiet neighbourhood. Bus stop is close. Radiator warm the room well. The staff are helpful and they adjusted check-out time as much as they could.

Sound proofing not great, people walking about upstairs sounded like a herd of wildebeest.

Good location in a quotes street but close to shops, bars & restaurants, handy for the Usher Hall, Lyceum Theatre & Traverse Theatre, reasonably clean & cheaper than anything else in Edinburgh.
