    Bed was a bit small

A little hard to find. Could use a larger sign to make it more obvious where to go. Luckily we ran into shelley's husband outside and he showed us where to go and got us inside. Loved having the kitchen available to us.

Location was fab. Also, only 15 mins on train to Edinburgh. Lovely modern kitchen, well equipped. Large airy living room with smart TV. Nice and quiet both day and night. Owner lives next door and was on hand with advice and help if required

Comfortable home in a quiet town. Just across the street from the beach and port. Parking next to front door. Close to restaurant, grocery, and pub. The kitchen had everything needed to make just about anything. Beds comfortable. Nothing we didn't like. 15-minute train ride to Edinburgh, waverly station downtown. I would stay here again if we come back.

The double bed was small but was constricted by the size of the bedroom. Not many good places to eat out but lots of takeaway and fish and chips .Would recommend The Brig at Tranent. A good Co-op nearby so ate in 3 nights.

Unfortunately for me and my son the beds were far too hard. The main bed was really uncomfortable and could do with a mattress upgrade. The bed in the living room was not a typical sofa bed and my son found it difficult to sleep on. Access to a smart TV would be good for apps especially when staying in during the evenings.

Perfect location. Access to a lovely beach walk which in the morning with the dog was perfect. 20 mins drive to Edinburgh and 2 minute walk to shops, pub and takesways, the co-op shop round the corner is very big and perfect for any shopping you need, the Seaglass inn is a lovely bar and served amazing food. The home itself was a lovely home kitted out with everything you need for a short stay. Nice touch to arrive to milk in the fridge and tea and coffee, after a long drive it was well needed.

Some refurbishment still needed and bed not quite as comfortable as our own at home, but i'm being picky now. 9.9 out of ten overall.

Location was good, with sea and harbour views. Car could be parked easily by the door. Property was clean, warm and comfortable and very well equiped. Pub/Restaurant, chippy and covenience store within walking distance. Good for Races at Musselburgh and park and ride for Edinburgh.

    Absolutely nothing to mention.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Shelley's property. Communication was always so quick, so easy. Always happy to accommodate us and make our stay more enjoyable. So comfortable in each room. The price went above my initial budget for the weekend but no regrets at all.
