didnt like that there was no window in the house so it was little suffocating no ventilation was in house. lighting was dim and not of muy linking. the doors were fire door and had to be clsed everytime so not getting refreshed feeling

The kitchen / living room is a bit crammed, it was hard to have a family dinner around the table.

Great location within a walking distance from Waverley Train Station and Edinburgh Castle. 2 bathrooms, one in the master bedroom which was nice.

Provisions of toilet paper, kitchen roll, tea and coffee were sparse with limited service staff hours available for top ups. Also bedroom window sash cord broken so window needed propped open for cooling (during hot spell)

The Room didn’t have windows that could open and was really hot, there was a fan you could plug in but due to size of the room it didn’t really cool the space down , so as only good if where directly facing it . while the apartment was clean , the drains smelled really bad in the bathroom and the main apartment the air felt stale and didn’t smell the best. I think this is also caused by the lack of window /fresh air. This was apartment 2 so other rooms may not have same issue

Location can’t be beaten ! Price for the amount of space you get in the apartment is brilliant .

Room wasn't full turned over, still old toilet roll. Only one roll of toilet roll provided, not enough. Also not enough coffee / milks. No reception during the weekend which we knew about, but owners should stock the rooms up accordingly

The carpets felt very dirty throughout the building. The macerator was extremely noisy for being newly installed. For the price we paid for a 2 night stay, (nearly £1000 it would have been appreciated if maybe a little breakfast box could have been included i.e cereal, bread, even eggs maybe to the value of £10-£15

The dining chairs and sofas could do with being upgraded, and the kitchen was not very well equipped (e.g. we couldn't find a chopping board or any small knives for chopping). There was quite a lot of noise from the road, but we had anticipated this, in light of the central location.

The location was great for the Fringe and it was convenient to have two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and we liked the showers, which appeared to have been installed quite recently.

Was expensive for 1 night, however the city was very busy due to The Fringe, The Tattoo and a couple of concerts.

Location was good. Easy to collect keys. Apartment had everything we needed. A Fan was provided in bedroom. Plenty of contact from host keeping us informed on how to get to apartment, access the property etc. clean and very comfortable beds. Excellent showers. Plenty of wardrobe space, hairdryer, iron and board provided. Tea and coffee provided. Staff very friendly.

We stayed on a particularly warm weekend in a two bed apartment and there was only one fan available and only one of the four available windows stayed open a little on its own, one wouldn’t open at all and two would open but wouldn’t stay open. With no air-con it got very warm with no air. This could easily be remedied and wouldn’t stop us staying here again and I guess you could say that Scotland has only a handful of warm days :0)

Fantastic location with all main attractions a comfortable walk away. Could do with a lick of paint but perfectly clean with a great kitchen, powerful showers and comfortable beds.

The nightlife outside the building could be annoying, but if that’s what you’re looking for this is the perfect place for you.

The apartments are just off George Street and right in the centre of New Town. It was the perfect location.

Apartment was fab and very central. Only downside was the noise from the bars on the street (apartment looked on to the road) until 3ish in the morning. For that reason would not book again.

Expensive per night, but a good price considering it was during the Fringe festival. I would be interested to see what the usual price would be.

Excellent location, everything you would require in an apartment, including washing machine and dishwasher. Lovely clean serviced apartment, comfy bed and well presented. Will use again if at a reasonable price.
