Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBed was small for a double which made sleeping difficult. The glass frontage of the apartment is lovely but you have to have curtain shuts most of the time for any privacy.
The properties location is fantastic. So close to everything. Lovely one bed apartment perfect for me and my girlfriend staying the weekend. Had everything we needed.

United Kingdomthere was a nail sticking out of the bed frame that kept catching and scratching my leg. Also I wish I knew that staying in the mailbox carpark for 24hr is the same price if you stay shorter of £24 but because I booked a shorter time I had to pay extra even though I had already paid the 24hr rate.. so advice just pay 24hours and get the good discount code that the apartment provides. other than that the parking was very easy as you can come and go as many times as you want.
great location.. quick and easy access.. there isn't any staff on reception on the weekend but everything was easy and we had no problems getting in.. the apartment was on the top floor and the balcony view was simply gorgeous especially in the morning with the sun shining. Nice and spacious.. we had a party of 4 and we were very comfortable.. very clean and had all the facilities we needed

United KingdomI think the apartment looked a but tired in places, needing a bit of a refresh but I think there were works ongoing that were doing that - very minor issue though, everything else was fine.
The management were very helpful and the building was very clean - was bumping into cleaners quite a bit. Good location for the town center and canal. If you like Korean food, try the restaurants next to the hotel.
