Was here for a conference, I really enjoyed my stay. It was such a lively and modern accommodation with amazing design and my room was very spacious and had all the amenities, from coffee, tea, bottled water and biscuits, and they even gave complimentary toffee at the reception! The location was good, was close to markets and restaurants and Argyle Street underground station. The bed was comfy, they cleaned the room every day. If I ever visit Glasgow again, I would definitely stay here!

United KingdomBreakfast wasn't brilliant, not enough choice for vegans, perhaps tomatoes or mushrooms could be added, all I could have was a vegan sausage and potato scone (I don't like beans) but they were so dried up I couldn't eat them, also serving plates were cold. Same with the continental breakfast, no vegan cheese or spreads offered. Husband who isn't vegan had full cooked breakfast but he said it was very dried up too.

United KingdomOur room on the fourth floor at the back of the hotel could have been improved by triple glazing. Beautifully quiet room until delivery wagons and bin lorries from 5.30 am woke us up from the street below.
The staff couldn't be more helpful. They were engaging and there was always someone around if you needed something. A refreshingly modern hotel with a very relaxed friendly atmosphere. We loved the space in the foyer. The choices for breakfast were very good. It was spotlessly clean in all areas and well maintained. The air con in the room was great. Looking forward to going back for another visit.

United KingdomBooking for the slot using a laundry, must go to Social Hub app. And for me, need to try few times as the given 10 minutes run out quick. Once you get the hang of it, it is ok.
Location is easy access can be walked. The room is spacious clean, bed is so comfy, kettle tea and coffee, H2O. Free use of Laundry including detergent and drying. As im a senior traveler, the bathroom have aides for safety. There is alarm chord in case emergency. The hotel is modern design and lots of facilities to use. The staff in the reception are helpful, shout out to Banuon ( not sure of her spell name) as well as the restaurant staff.

From the moment we checked in until or departure every staff member was excellent! I would like to mention one in particular, Zoe at reception went above and beyond her job to make sure our stay was perfect. She personally brought up extra pillows and even came up to help us with our TV. She booked an early morning cab to the airport and made sure everything was perfect! I'm not sure if you have promotion or bonus for exceptional staff, but she certainly went above and beyond. Great stay, we will come back when we visit Glasgow again!

United KingdomWhen I returned to my room at around midnight, the smell of cooking (garlic and onions) was overpoweringly strong. I appreciate that the hotel also has student accommodation but my room was filled by the smell which isn’t great for a hotel room classes as an executive king.
Fantastic location, extremely helpful staff and great atmosphere. The addition of the roof top bar (since my last stay) is also brilliant!
