Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomMy room was directly above the bar and after a long day travelling it was a little annoying to constantly hear the music from below through to around 10.30pm. I called the bar at around 10pm and asked if it could be turned down, they were apologetic and said it was from the conservatory area at the front. It was turned down but it was past 10.30 before the dulcet tones of a dull base went quiet.
Very warm welcome, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and service was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious - was expecting a good dinner but this was truly exceptional. Breakfast was filling and kept us going until dinnertime. Staff were brilliant - the team were very hard working yet friendly and charming with customers. Danielle, in particular, went out of her way to make our evening a massive pleasure.

United KingdomThe Hay Loft is about as far as you can get from the wifi router so the signal kept dropping out , so i went down and worked in the bar instead - has its advantages
I was in the Hay loft which is exquisite , the bed was so comfortable and its a huge room . plenty of on site parking. The food quality is excellent both at dinner and again at breakfast
