The only thing, the room is a little bit small. However it's fine for a few days stay.

Very nice staff who took care booking us in without delay. A great chef who was very kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Shower was wonderful, bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had no hot water on our second night and the WiFi stopped working - I went down to 24hr security to ask if they could fix it and he couldn’t help me. This meant I had to go and find a place with WiFi at 5.30am for work as the room had no mobile service either

The bathroom plastic curtain is filthy

Super friendly stuff, very clean and good value. It has everything you need, eg. a hair dryer, an ironing board, a saver, a small fridge, a coffee machine and flip flops etc.

Fab hotel,lovley staff,busy chef so friendly too,felt very welcomed by all.Such a greatt stay and place to be.Lovley park across the road,close to shops and sightseeing.Hotel so close to everything,bed was so comfortsble,shower was Fabulous,room a little small but ok for us as just there to sleep,breakfast was great,a goid choice and so full,and free.Would definatley stay here again.

Wifi is very bad, I ended up using my e-Sim for work. Breakfast was very basic. No ability to do late checkout. Cleaning staff make a noise when busy and linen and rubbish all over the passage.

The chair, too chunky

Inbound stay Whilst the room has heating and air conditioning that little added touch of a remote control tower fan was appreciated especially by me. Radio alarm clock tucked away in a drawer in case it's needed. Small fridge in room was ideal for us to cool down those soft drinks with an ice compartment also which our 10 and 12 year old boy and girl loved. Large spacious bathroom with enclosed shower over bath. Room 103 I'd like to have seen a storage area for towels and maybe a rail to help on/off toilet, I managed without these it's maybe something the hosts could consider

Breakfast was not too bad, but had to wait a while for everything to be put on a table, table so little that no space for all the items. Cooked breakfast for extra £7 was not that good. Think in general that area needs an improvement, may be a buffet style so you can pick and mix as you want instead portions decided by somebody else

The room is super tiny so not really recommended for a long stay. The neighborhood is super if you are into a London night out (we're a bit old for that but it was not disturbing) :)

The hotel is very well renovated and sparking clean. The elevator and the bathroom feel incredibly new and nice. The breakfast was on the the breakfast room at the base was a bit small. The staff was super nice, helpful and smiling. Perfect for a short stay, the price is very fair for London standards.
