There is a mirror in the room with a blue light. This illuminates the room to much. Parking needs looking at.

Only 1 negative would be the pillows. The mattress really comfortable but the pillows are all very flat and a little uncomfortable

There were no staff on site with it being a weekend, which was odd. If there has been an issue, it might have been a faff to get help. Having said that, there wasn’t, so no harm no foul!

The location was excellent, it was secure and all finishes were good quality. The bed was so comfortable! They even left an air conditioning unit on for us, so the room was nice and cool when we arrived. Very welcome in this heat!

Absolutely perfect stay, the room was great size with everything we could have needed. Clean, comfortable and the decor was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, they were easy to contact through WhatsApp. We have recommended to friends/family and we will definitely book again if we come back to chester.

Beautiful room, in a great location, very clean, hit the nail on the head for a one night stay! Perfect if you don't need or want extra facilities beyond a very comfortable and well presented room & bathroom!

Minor points - we booked last minute so our room was at the front right next to the entrance, I would request a different room if I was to return. The car park was understandably full so we used the car park around the corner at a rate of £8 per day. There is a language centre next door and students were sitting in the doorway on occasion.

The location is perfect and everything is a short walk away. Reserve a space in the cark park to make bags easier but there are loads of NCPs near by and they were reasonably priced. Tracy is great and very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the paddock and the rooms are big and decorated to a high standard. The old sash windows are ace and let in a good breeze throughout the apartment. Everything you could think of was provided in the rooms. Had a great time and will gladly return to The Seven on our next visit to Chester.

We were greeted by the most friendly and helpful lady which explained all the perks and replied to all of our questions. The room was immaculate which was a really welcome feature. I would definitely be willing to stay here again!

The windows were unable to block out street noise; the property was very warm and would benefit from air con.

Location perfect for shops and restaurants. Parking onsite and host very friendly. Generous size rooms and fully furnished with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Great to have milk, water and coffee provided for our stay.

The room was VERY hot - thankfully we had a fan that helped shift some of the heat away, but AC would have been ideal. Also the room would have massively benefited from blackout curtains. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!

Loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the en suite perfect!
