Our room was beautifully decorated and really spacious. The bed was really comfortable. We had a good sized tv. The fridge in the room was a welcome bonus and the tea/coffee in the room was generous, with ample supplies of milk. The fruit / herbal tea, biscuits and chocolates was a nice touch.

Nothing that I can think of — everything was just right!

The warmth and friendliness of the hosts really stood out and made us feel very welcome. We were kindly upgraded to a larger room, which was spotless, well furnished, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and private, with no noise from other guests, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the high-quality toiletries, complimentary hot drinks, bottled water, and biscuits. Fresh towels and crisp bed linen added to the overall comfort, making our stay feel relaxed and well looked after.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The standard of the quality of room was first class, with every single thing you could possibly require, from your own personal iron and ironing board, to a coat stand complete with an umbrella for when it rains. The bed was large and super comfortable, with top quality bedding. The room had its own comfortable two seat sofa, a table and chairs, refrigerator, bed side tables with lamps, wardrobes and a chest of drawers. The bathroom was fully equipped, and had deep luxurious towels. Mike and Eddie were superb hosts and had plenty of time for you. They could answer any question about Blackpool, and would make great suggestions on where to visit, to eat, nights out etc. The hotel is ideal for beach, restaurants and night life, but in a quiet location. When I visit Blackpool there is now only one place I want to stay !

The location was very close to the train station and to the North Pier. We when to a show there on the Saturday night. Lovely bars close by. Arrived at approx 12.45 and went straight to the hotel as they had already advised we could drop out bags off. The owners greeted us and they were so friendly with 2 lovely dogs. They showed us room which was decorated to a high standard and very modern. They couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely stay there again. 10 out 10.

We are a couple of older sisters having a break away for a couple of nights. We arrived early but Mike & Eddie had our room ready so great start to our holiday their welcome was brilliant so friendly and helpful. Another plus was it was just round the corner from Blackpool North Rail Station. Our room was 2 floors up they had seen us struggle a bit with the stairs so as we were starting to get unpacked, they came and offered us a room on the lower floor it was so considerate of them. The room was lovely such nice touches (plenty coffee, tea, biscuits and chocolates). The room also had a full-size fridge which was great. Bed so comfortable with great mattress topper. Settee & chair lovely also had a fan. Everything was spotless would definitely go back.

First impression at the front of the property beautiful and welcoming, perfect location as we were watching the darts final at the Winter Gardens. Very quiet area, Booked king room which was very spacious, Extremely clean, Had everything you needed full size fridge, fan, everything. Bed was very very comfortable, The hosts Mick and Eddie were great, Very friendly, Made us laugh and showed us round even to the top pent house, Would 100% return, Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Struggled with the shower temperature right but that was probably down to us, can't think of anything else the room was lovely.

Bed was sooooo comfortable. Large room with fridge and some biscuits left out on top. Clean bathroom and towels. Fan in the bedroom. £5 Parking. USB Plugs either side of the bed. Large TV. Great warm welcome from the hosts.

Amazingly high standard in both facilities and cleanliness. High quality of rooms. In over 50 years of staying in Blackpool this is THE BEST ever by quite a way! The owners were fantastic too. Can't wait to stay again and again!!

Excellent location, right near train station and 10 mins walk to the north pier and all the lovely bars and restaurants Excellent value for money! The perfect hosts Michael and Eddie. They were happy for us to check in early. We were in the superior king room! Very spacious, and all you could need, fan, tv, hair dryer, fridge, wifi, tea n coffee with lots of extras! They really put effort into the little touches. The bed was comfy! Really clean and we couldn't have asked for more for our stay. Would highly recommend

Great location for darts at winter gardens. Very reasonably priced, great value for money. The hosts are lovely people, make you truly feel welcomed and nothing is too much bother. Their dogs are lovely too!

Our hosts, Eddie and Michael, were so delightfully friendly. We had the most splendid room on the top floor, big enough to 'swing a cat' and so quiet and peaceful. The property is super safe and also just a few minutes from blackpool north train station.

I cannot praise this lovely place high enough...its superb.. there's absolutely nothing we could fault about it..the room was stunning & absolutely perfect..it was spotless & whey above our expectations..Michael & Eddie were extremely friendly & helpful & there's everything you could possibly need in the room..we loved the little homely touches... very tastefully done..there's plenty of tea & coffee & other drinks ( we loved the little bowl of chocolates) a lovely touch..I just wished we were staying longer..we only booked 1 night..we will without a doubt definitely stay again

10 out of 10 doesn't do this place justice!! Everything about our stay was fantastic starting with the hosts who should be very proud of the effort they clearly put into the rooms -spotless -very comfy bed -supplied a fan ( what was needed!!) -great shower (luxury towels were appreciated!!) -great selection of teas and coffees -easy car parking option

Eddie and michael are lovely hosts very accommodating. The room was a perfect, comfortable bed leather sofa to relax with a fridge in the room and immaculately clean 👌 will definitely be going back 😀
