The fact the bathroom door didnt close and coffe cup was dirty and found a large amount of hair in the shower.

Bed was comfty and there was no noise at night .

Honestly, no complaints.

We got one of the bigger rooms from what we saw on the floorplan so that was nice. It was clean and comfortable. We really loved the bar with craft beers and a good view.

Room 11 needs a complete revamp.

The public area's bars, reception and restaurant We're very good. However.. room 11 was a huge disappointment. It was tatty. Sorry

The hotel had an entertainer/loud music on both Fri and Sat night (bank holiday weekend). I was on the second floor so not too bad, but can certainly be heard if windows open. Good to eat before 7.30/8pm if you like to avoid the louder music while sat in the restaurant. Got caught out by parking after going out to Castle Harlech on the Sat. Parked on the promenade for c£15 for 24 hours. Might be cheaper in town. Got caught out by Booking.com that offered cancellation up to 14 days, however hotel refused to acknowledge this despite calls and emails to both hotel and booking.com and took payment immediately. Went ahead with booking, but could be a problem if you did want to cancel > 14 days.

Fantastic location, close to town and to the beach. Great facilities including bar and restaurant. I had a sea view which was wonderful, especially when you don't see the sea too often. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lift to second floor.

We managed to park on a nearby side road, so parking wasn't too bad, but a bit awkward, we avoided having to pay. The room and bathroom were very dated, clean but dated. Pre-ordering breakfast the day before was off putting for me personally. Travelling with children who might change their minds by morning it was easier to go nto town. Not a big problem just something for people to be aware of.

Fantastic location, just a short walk into the town. Beautiful view from the bay window right out across the beach to the sea. I loved being able to hear the sea during the night and sit and have a cup of tea looking out to sea first thing in the morning. The beds were comfortable, tea and coffee facilities provided with a good selection of biscuits and bottles water, A very niche point, but it was perfect for us to visit the local parkrun which we participated in during our visit, just a few mins walk along the sea front.

The shower leaked and some mould on bathroom tiles and bathroom outdated too but that is not a complaint it didn't matter as.such .

Our shower needed attention - the head was leaking.

The hotel was right on the beachfront. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room which overlooked the beachfront was a twin room and there was plenty of room - it was very comfortable We were within easy walking distance of everything the town had to offer.
