Maddie and John made us so welcome, beautiful room, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing with American pancakes for the children. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

Wonderful B&B on the North Shore. Maddie and John are exceptional hosts where nothing is too much trouble. Great breakfast and will accommodate any reasonable ask. We had a family room which was comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend, what a B&B should be with the added personal touch of two fabulous hosts 😊. We will see you again soon!

Everything was perfect. The room was better than the pictures. Bright and clean. Breakfast is very good. My daughter also had an omelette made on her request as well as homemade American pancakes. Delicious.

Sun in the bedroom windows from 5am. We tried to block the sun with spare pillows and towels. Something not quite right with the fan as it didn't blow much air (like perhaps the motor was back to front?). We had our own so it didn't matter that much.

Food (breakfast) was the best (even got offered a tiny bit of haggis!). Super-clean room. Bathroom tiny but enough. We had a bunk bed too for the kids. Maddie gave us a sheet for the night as well as it was boiling hot. Toiletries available (hand soap, shower gel, shampoo). We even got given bottles of water/flavoured water for the family. Maddie couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. She remembered all our names (including the kids). Give the hotel a call to discuss your needs and I'm sure you won't be disappointed ❤️

From the moment they answered the door John and Maddie were welcoming. Lovely hosts. Room was a good size, bed comfortable. Lots of milk and coffee. Shower warm. Breakfast excellent. Couldn’t ask for more.

From arriving at this property Maddie and John were brilliant, felt like we had known them for years, nothing was too much trouble, it was like a home from home, johns breakfast WOW absolutely beautiful and added bonus was the haggis for my partner, great value for money aswel, we will 100% return again

We were a last minute addition. The location was a little further down from the centre of the attractions it was lovely and quiet for us as a family. The owners welcomed us from the minute we arrived it was a lovely family welcome.

There wasn't anything to dislike. The decor could do with an update but that's a matter of taste and it's a very minor thing considering the rest of the place and people are excellent.

The hotel is lovely. A very welcoming atmosphere and the hosts were brilliant. Probably the most comfortable hotel stay I've had. I don't normally sleep well in hotels but was so comfortable I had a great night's sleep.. Breakfast was superb. Excellent location, far enough away from the main attractions to be quiet and peaceful but there's a tram stop and bus stop virtually on the doorstep for easy access to the piers and tower. Just superb. Will definitely stay again.

The hosts made you feel at home as soon as you walk in the property, they can not do enough for you... everything was spot on in the hotel and we would defo make that first choice if we are to stay in Blackpool again, that's for sure.

The owners were really lovely and friendly the whole way through our stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with a nice family room with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and it set us up for the day. The location was great for us and there was a parking space which is amazing.

the owners was very acceptable there were so friendly and helpful if you had any questions that they would answer them on the spot the facilities was unreal for what you get the breakfast I would say was 10 out off 10 and I would recommend that if anybody would stay there you would be very very impressed the location is so great it is only a five-minute tram ride from Blackpool tower
