Great location looking directly on to the sea front. Single self contained room with en suite. Sue kindly offered to let me use the kitchen to sort out my fish as I was fishing the day before my work. GREAT breakdast! I only get down here once a year but if I do I'll be booking again!

Lovely place, great breakfast, our room was perfect, loved listening to the lapping of the sea when lying in bed. Both the hosts Sue and John are very friendly and welcoming. This is the 4th time we have stayed and will definitely stay again in the future

Parking was the only problem but sue kindly let us park on the hotel drive when some guests left

We had a lovely welcome from sue .our room overlooked the beach listening to the waves while laying on our four posted bed was so relaxing. Our bed was comfy and the smell of fresh bed linen was lovely. The towels were very soft just like home from home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious so much choice freshly made to order I loved the pancake and fresh berries. The location was perfect a short stroll into town and right on the beach will definitely return to this little gem of a B&B thank you Sue & John

For one night the room was fine. It also was very clean, but generally it could use a little makeover.

The staff was super nice and welcoming. Breakfast is made to order and there are some well thought out sustainability plans in place. The breakfast room has a great view of the beach and is nicely decorated with paintings by local artists.

Nice room with a very comfy bed, refreshments were replenished daily. Wonderful breakfast - big selection with everything you could ask for. Lovely location- right in front of the beach. Lovely hosts who were very welcoming.

Only thing I could say is the room was a tad tired. Could do with a refresh. But still lovely stay with our dog. This never bothered us. Will definitely go back.

We booked a 2 night stay for myself, husband and our dog. We had a sea view in room 10. Perfect location with everything within walking distance. Close to the town centre and right on the sea front. Very quiet location also. We got free parking which was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent something for everyone.

The only thing we can say was slightly negative is that there was no shower gel, or shampoo little bottles. Also, don't think there was a hairdryer.

The view from the room was beautiful, sitting by the window listening to the sound of the sea was just gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast baskets were wonderful. Staff were friendly. Location was great too.

Unfortunately, the access to our room was interesting due to the fact that it was the loft, but it was very comfortable with a great seaview even had a cheeky seagull

It would have been nice to have help with my suitcases. But I didn't ask.

Because just over the road from beach. This is my 2nd stay with my granddaughter, and next year, my daughter will join us. The weather was great and we came by train, which meant we were relaxing 😌 to start our holiday. Love this stay as last year.

No soap or shower gel provided. I think when this has happened in the past and when asked for it has been provided. This time we brought our own.

With a great view over the bay from our bedroom window the option to have a breakfast basket delivered to our room was much appreciated.
