Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I stayed from 3 pm until 3 am the following day. I had to catch an early morning plane. I had an evening meal and it was excellent. I saw others meals being delivered to tables and they all looked delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park is very small and it is not possible to reserve a space. This was worrying. The room was well worn and tatty but it was clean, everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The lack of a guarantied parking space will stop me going again.

I found it to be very run down. The bathroom needed a complete makeover!! Shower didn't work. I'm disabled & the toilet was so low & right near the door. No communication from staff as to say where to leave the key. Only good thing was plenty of towels. Around the bed was fluff and old bits of tissue. I wouldn't stay again.

The pub area was great very big lots of tvs and different areas to sit. The staff were lovely very attentive but the jewel in the crown was the Indian menu absolutely beautiful if we lived closer that would be our go too.

United KingdomThe fact the hotel was over booked by the website and I nearly had to sleep on the street in minus 1, the staff done all they could but the customer service line wouldn't answer. Its taking 7 days to get my refund but I was left without money that evening. Also I booked a double bed room and was given two singles and expected to pay the same price.
