Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomDifficult to find with the postcode provided, reception unattended throughout stay so had to check in at a sister hotel nearby! Based on my stay in the single room - it didn’t feel completed as there was no TV (which was listed as included), there was nowhere to hang anything ie hooks or wardrobe were missing, no artwork (the other double room my group stayed in did have some artwork). Overall it was adequate, we were thankful to have found it in such a good location for Skye!
The property was very clean as newly opened, good attempt to decorate the rooms tastefully, toiletries and good towels provided, as was small touches like Scottish biscuit and Tunnocks Tea Cake which was needed after difficulty finding the hotel! Convenient for Isle of Skye if cannot find accommodation closer.

United StatesWe were trying to escape from camping on the Isle of Skye during bad weather and EVERYWHERE was booked up — so we were super grateful when this place suddenly appeared and was available! It was brand new and still in the process of getting opened by the folks who run the Skye Bridge Hotel, so it was a little tricky to find (not on Google maps yet!) and communication with the property was a little touch and go. But we were very happy to have a roof over our grasst and a comfy bed!

United KingdomThe price is probably a little on the high side given there's no breakfast, but hotels in this area are often fully booked in peak times so you may not have much choice. The furnishings generally look nice but feel cheap; as another reviewer noted the mattress on the beds is soft / relatively thin and what's underneath the mattress is hard. The furniture is chipboard and already starting to show signs of wear despite being only weeks old. The general quality of finish isn't great - for example 3 sides of the room door let quite a bit of light into the room at night and the silicone sealant around the inside of the shower had gaps in it.
This is a somewhat strange place. Being new it's not shown on Google maps or anywhere else I've found. To find it, find the Kyle Chinese takeaway and it's directly next to it. It was clean and basically fine, we got an okay nights sleep. It's in an ideal location for exploring the Isle of Skye.

It was at a great spot. The South African lady on reception was super nice, smiley and really helpfull. she organised a packed breakfast for us which was great👌 thanks for that
