All good. We walked to won and to busses without any problems.

Gorgeous deluxe accommodations in a great town! The accommodations themselves were the highlight including the host, Lyn. We were in Speyside for the Annual Whiskey Festival and Lyn helped do research for transportation to/from other areas! The House is pretty, kept us beautifully, and very comfortable.

It was on a very busy road but we knew that when we booked and it didn't prove to be a problem. Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly and the breakfasts were superb.

If we were to list something we didn’t particularly like about this stay it would have to be the shower! It was tight and the water was very difficult to manage but could always be worse!

The property was very clean and inviting! Lynn and Lee were great hosts, so sweet! The breakfast was incredible!

Nothing leaps to mind

Very friendly owners/service providers. near central position such that all of Elgin’s amenities are within walking distance. Hotel was clean decor is contemporary. Free of road parking. Rooms, clean, warm and comfortable. Who needs more?

We booked a room here at the last minute due to a cancellation at nearby accommodation. The cost for one night was £109 so we were expecting something special for our money. The house and room were very nice, but not 'special' as we had hoped. It was definitely not worth the money. Photos suggest the hotel is tucked away in the countryside, actually next to a busy road. No fridge in room. TV had apps that had to be logged in to. No terrestrial TV. No available socket next to bed.

Rooms maybe a little cooler than I’m used to but I was visiting from Australia

Such a beautiful historic home and continues to be a great place to stay. The owners are particularly generous with their time and attention to detail. With my visit being in Winter I was happy to see I had electrical blankets on the beds. Showers had an abundance of hot water and the home was decorated lovely for Christmas. Breakfast choices were varied and super coffee being served. Complimentary bottles of water and snack bars and chocolates also in abundance.

Clean, cozy, warm. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Lynn was very friendly, accommodating and hospitable. Location was well within walking distance to the downtown and famous Elgin Cathedral. This Bed and Breakfast is highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the guest house! It was well positioned for our whisky tour and we were able to walk into town for a nice dinner with ease. The home was beautiful and the hosts were super kind and welcoming. They allowed us to park there and wait inside for our tour pickup and were helpful upon our return and checkin. We loved chatting with them! The room was large and comfortable, we appreciated the quality linens and a night of peaceful sleep. Breakfast was delicious too!
