Everything it is just a perfect place to relax and unwind. Excellent spa room , exceptional staff .

You could tell the rooms and facilities were tired. Sofa in room was dirty, curtains had stains. Given cost per night the standard has to be high to justify it.

Excellent staff. Food was excellent. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room.

Sauna & Steam facilities in room were fantastic well worth the money, sitting in courtyard area with open fire blazing away chilled out👍😀. Lovely experience in restaurant, great menu to choose from. Superb selection at breakfast with excellent amount of choice for all tastes.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

The whole place was beautifully decorated, immaculate and the staff were so nice. I had a treatment in the spa and the experience was amazing. Our evening meal and breakfast were both delicious, such great quality food. The little extras you got with the room really made it for me. We loved having our own fire at night and the Marshmallows for the fire were a great little touch! We have been recommending to our friends and family already and will be back soon! 😊

No mini fidge in the room. No patio brolly or retractable awning so we could enjoy the firepit and outdoor space even if it was raining. The pillows were really hard. The a/c we could not get to a reasonable level of comfort...and we tried! It was either freezing or stifling hot. The staff pushed the tap water, and I don't recall if the still water was even listed on the menu. The tap water made me quite ill. The bath ....I couldn't lay at one end with my head on the recess, I kept getting swept to the far end of it...so it wasn't comfortable or relaxing. The plughole was positioned in the middle of the bath... It's not a problem... unless a person kept getting swept past it to the other end of it, thus pushing on the plughole release and draining it.😞😞

Liked the sauna in the room. The king size bed. The waterfall shower and heated bathroom floor. Like the skylight in the bathroom. Like the multiple power outlets.

The room was a bit grubby - dusty. We were hoping that the food would be more restaurant standard less pub grub. It was good food but the choices were a little disappointing.

The spa rooms are amazing. Really enjoyed the sauna and also the fire pit in the private garden. Really special.

That dogs were allowed into the rooms and kept barking and also were sitting on people’s laps as they ate their meal, very unhygienic

It’s a bit strong to say, “did not like” but on arrival the roadside, pub look disguises what lies behind.

A unique set of facilities in a well equipped and cleverly designed room. The Pig theme is present everywhere and done well, no cheap trinkets. The brunch is fabulous and served by enthusiastic and able staff. The spa too is done well by people who seem to genuinely love their craft.

Lovely Spa Suite, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent facilities, great outside area to enjoy the sunshine. The friendliest staff I've ever come across. Food was tasty, hot and plentiful, served in a relaxed yet professional environment. Felt so at home we didn't want to leave.

As mentioned above the starters could have include some lighter options. Oh and again, minor quibble, the tables were too high for the chairs but as cushions were provided, we did OK.

We loved the room - great shower!. Unusual and great to have the sauna. Want to go with a steam room too next time. We were looking forward to having a fire outside in the courtyard but it was too cold that day. Next time though. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Loved having the spa samples to try and bought a couple of items the next day. The food was very good and I loved the belly pork and so good to have locally bred pork. One minor quibbles the "iffits" were all a bit substantial for a starter. Be good for lunch but also it would have been nice to include a couple of lighter options. Breakfast was fabulous and although we couldn't manage the tasty cooked options there was a huge choice on the cold buffet including a tea bread which I have not seen or tasted in ages. Well done.

The whole place was brilliant. All wad as pictured. Staff all good and friendly Evening meal and breakfast was really nice Decor was good all round. We had a very good time will be back soon dog was very well looked after

Power cuts throughout the stay made it difficult to relax. The food was very bland and not worth the money, that includes dinner and breakfast. Very processed and had no flavour.

The sauna and bath were great and the bed was comfy.
