The location was perfect next to all the amenities the host Carl was very friendly we had a very enjoyable 3 days stay it was very clean and modern. look forward to coming back in the near future

There was nothing to dislike about this stay

I loved the perfect location which was close to all the towns amenities. The well equipped kitchen and very cosy living gave the option of choice to stay in and have a recharge after a full day of walking. We loved that it was pet friendly also as we often enjoy being able to take off on adventures with dogs in tour. The owner of the apartments was also so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for his visitors. We can't wait to return in the future.

We were met by our host Carl. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He took us up to the apartment and then showed my husband where he could park the car. There was milk, tea, coffee, sugar there for our use. Also a bottle of Prosseco and fruit left for us.

Maybe could have done with a hoover from sandy beaches bringing in sand wasn't ideal other than that nothing at all.

Having to come home

A beautiful apartment 😍 couldn't fault it , so comfy ! Carl is an amazing host , carried my bag in ...( and it was really heavy !! ) Fabulous location !! Even got to see a few baby seagulls taking their first flights from the rooftops opposite from the apartment ...amazing !! Near to everything you need to have a relaxing holiday ...Sainsbury's, variety of Restaurants, Beach with boat trips , Pier, The Great Orme and a hotel a few doors down does an amazing breakfast £10p/p for non staying guests ...what more could you ask for ...Thank You Carl

As we're in Wales, we get a lot of rain, but there's nowhere to hang any wet coats. A little coat rack or hooks would be a good idea . Seagulls, what a noise day & night 😳

Very close to everything. Parking is not far from the apartment .clean .comfy bed comfy sofa . Carl very friendly & helpful thanks for the Prosecco a nice touch .

A lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent instructions given by the owner to parking and collection of Keys. Parking space a great asset. Well equiped kitchen area. Very comfortable bed for sleeping. Super enjoyed our short stay. Very close to beach, shops and eateries.

We can’t say there is anything we didn’t like about it. We loved it. The only thing I would like to suggest is. Maybe on the stairs have one or two little sensors lights. We took ours with us. As we have them on our stairs at home and they did help. So you dont have to switch the lights on in the middle of the night to go the bathroom down stairs. As it can be quite dark if the skylights blinds are all closed. And maybe have I sweeping brush in the the room. As there was only a little brush and pan

Just like the pictures it was even better in person. Everything about this penthouse was beautiful very clean the leather settee was so comfortable to sit on. It had everything you needed and more like a home from home. We took a lot with us like utilities wise and my frying pan didn’t need them as it had everything there for us. There’s Loads of space too. The bedroom was so lovely and the bed was so comfortable we both had the best night sleep i wanted to bring the bed home with us good size bed too. Lovely bathroom with big square over head shower or and smaller shower if you didn’t want to use the over head shower. . We did not want to come home. The location was fantastic. Two minutes walk from the sea front. And some stunning walking area’s across the mountains and coast lines. And Just a little walk down the road and you’re in town with plenty of shops and restaurants. And a couple of minutes walk to the tram to go up to the great orme. We just loved everything about this apartment which is a must. Would definitely recommend this to anyone

Exceptional apartment. Very clean and tidy. Bedroom on the upper level had amazing views of Llandudno. Everything was easy to use and no issues. Carl the host was there to great us. Nothing too much trouble and the attention detail from him was second to none. This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint.

Great place, everything in walking distance and bonus a private parking spot, host was Carl who is lovely and very helpful. This is the second time we stayed here, we weren't disappointed. We will be back again.

Fabulous apartment right in the heart of Llandudno, few minutes walk to the seafront and shops. Very clean property and lovely decor. Left everything for us that we might have needed including milk, tea and coffee, very thoughtful. Carl met us when we arrived and showed us round and he was very friendly and welcoming. Off road parking was a bonus too.

The property more than met my expectations.

Location was excellent and the bonus of an adjoining and convenient parking space was a bonus. The approach to the property and the entrance were meticulously maintained and very welcoming. The property was well furnished and decorated to a clean and modern standard. The property is in an excellent location, a short stroll from the promenade, shops and restaurants although the property is so nice and well appointed we chose to eat in! The host was at the property to hand over the keys and gave us a short tour of the property and on site parking, 10 out of 10!
