    'Can't say I disliked anything....

Excellent stay! It was in a great location, and it was just so comfortable. It had everything you would ever need to feel at home. It also had easy free parking right at the door. I would certainly book this again.

The only problem we had was the house next door partying all night and into the early hours of them morning

Me and my bestfriend came for one night and to say the property was outstanding would be to say the least! We had the best time and are looking to book again already, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable and had everything we could need for a perfect night away :)

Nothing - there’s just nothing not to like.

This is one of the nicest apartments we’ve stayed in and that’s down to the helpfulness of the owner and the fact they’ve thought of everything to make their place as comfortable and welcoming as possible. It’s been decorated and furnished by someone who has a great eye for design and feels carefully curated. I especially liked the original window and frame that’s been used as a divider between the kitchen and living area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends. It’s a great example of how all holiday rentals should be and Tom is a brilliant host (we never met him but his communication through messages was friendly and helpful).

I have stayed at the Old Bakery many times now and it is faultless. The location just off the Unthank Road is moments away from bars, restaurants and shops. But still very quiet. The bus will take you into central Norwich in under 10 minutes. The property is well furnished, spotlessly clean and the bed is super comfy.

We loved it but it was very very hot when we were there so maybe more fans would have been nice

Location was brilliant. Bus 25 route between town and Sainsbury’s Art Gallery around the corner plus lots of shops and restaurants.

Just some cobwebs in the high spots of the ceilings, but this is the cleanest place I've stayed at that's not a hotel!

Great property, pub nextdoor has great beers and the greek place up the street is great too. Perfect location really

    What’s not too like?

Compact but practical layout plenty big enough for two and thoughtful fixtures and fittings, appliances and utensils. Welcome notes were good and parking not a problem, surprisingly. Great street appeal and a wow on entry - a rental I’d love in my portfolio! Location wise was very good for the city centre and good selection of shops etc nearby. Are you getting my great vibe yet?

    5 Star Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5-Star Review for The Old Bakery, Norwich My wife and I had an absolutely phenomenal two-night stay at The Old Bakery in Norwich, and it was the epitome of comfort and convenience! From the moment we arrived, the property was immaculate, feeling brand new and spotlessly clean throughout. Parking was seamless, with a convenient space right outside, making check-in effortless. The bedroom was a haven, featuring an exceptionally comfortable and pristine bed that ensured restful nights. The kitchen was a dream, fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, oven, hob, and every utensil imaginable—from a bottle opener to a cheese grater. Pots, pans, cups, and bowls were all provided, so there was no need to bring anything. Thoughtful touches like coffee, milk, tea, and herbal tea made it feel like home. The bathroom was equally impressive, impeccably clean with a spacious shower boasting both a luxurious rain shower head and a standard shower head. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and large, plush bath towels added a touch of luxury to our stay. We brought our own fan due to the warm weekend, but were delighted to find one already provided. Entertainment and connectivity were top-notch, with a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and free WiFi ensuring we stayed entertained and connected. The Old Bakery’s location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from charming pubs, cozy coffee shops, and public transport links to Norwich city center. Across the road, a well-stocked Co-op made picking up essentials easy, and a short walk down Unthank Road led to a Tesco for additional convenience. That said, we loved the 20-minute walk into town each day, a delightful way to soak up Norwich’s vibrant atmosphere. Every detail at The Old Bakery was thoughtfully considered, making it a true gem for comfort, convenience, and hospitality. We’d eagerly return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Norwich!

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean. Decorated to a high standard, clearly see a lot of love and care has gone into the property by the owners. Comfortable to relax in after a busy day exploring Norwich, with a very comfy bed too. Great location, 10-15 min walk into Norwich, but option of buses nearby. Fantastic communication from Tom. Would definitely stay here again

It was the hottest day of the year so very warm but there is not a lot the owners could have done about the weather and we did have a fan provided, maybe a chair or two for the outside patio area.

Great location, very clean and everything you could possibly want. Fantastic communication with the owners all the way through the booking process and a wonderful shower !.

We got a bit hot, but opening the sky lights helped and the fan in the bedroom was good. Having the windows opened meant there was a bit more noise from outside, but nothing too bad. It was a hot weekend for the UK though, so we'd have likely been hot anywhere.

Really nicely decorated and good quality furniture, appliances, and kitchenware. Nice shower and comfortable bed. We will definitely consider coming back for our next trip in Norwich.

What a lovely property. Absolutely spotless and furnished with quality items. Decorated beautifully. Communication was excellent from Tom and he was very kind in allowing us to check in early as cleaning was done. We loved The Old Bakery. About a 15 minute walk into the centre of Norwich.
