Noisy neighbours (bit of a home from home!), the door outside my room slammed quite loudly. I could hear the other tenants talking loudly in the corridor. As a single woman I found this a bit intimidating (I was in room C6 which was adjoined to the hotel but outside the back door.) The security light was sensitive; I only needed to turn over in bed and it came on.

I liked the location as it was very central. Friendly staff. The room had a microwave as well as a fridge together with chinaware and cutlery. I wasn't expecting this. Nice comfortable bed.

Been there several times. Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but decent rooms, nice staff, central location in Gloucester and a parking almost nextdoors. The recent addition of a bar downstairs is excellent.

Room was very dark and very hot. There were locks on, windows so could not open although a fan was provided which provided some relief.

The location was fantastic, on the edge of the Docks yet in the centre of town. No car park but a multi storey just around the corner. Basic room that included a fridge, microwave and basic crockery and cutlery. Would stay here again due to location.

The hotel is right in the middle of town, good location to visit the sights, the room had a fridge, microwave, cutlery, dishes, good restaurants, bars, live music. A visit to the new inn is a must.

My room(C4) was on ground floor next to the stairs and by an entry door which made it a bit noisy by residents using the stairs. Curtain rail was nearly coming away from the wall.

Location was in the centre of town. No traffic and very quiet. Large bedroom and shower. Lots of hot water from an excellent shower. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge, microwave and cutlery all available in the room.

There isn’t much to not like. It’s worth noting that the NCP behind the hotel is much cheaper if you get the app.

It’s in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the many restaurants and all the attractions It was quiet at night, the room was lovely and clean, and the beds comfortable.

I never liked going all the way to the back to get to this room and those weird stairs nearly made me fell down twice, he did show me another room down stairs if I wanted to change rooms but this room was much nicer,what got me really mad is the fact that I could only watch BBC news on this tele , it’s a smart tv you all need to sort this out for a company asking for a down payment of a hundred pounds, wanted to watch tele last night all it keep saying sign in to this I was so blinking fed up, I should just switch it on and the tele do it’s business,next bed uncomfortable bed have a sink and pillow horrible, shower as a woman you have to have a shower cap your hair get wet having a shower, and when it come to washing your holy Mary you have to catch water in you hands to wash your holy Mary as a woman sort these things out, I am going to come back to see if there is any change next month

The room were warm. The rooms did have a fan and we could open the windows but they opened onto the public street.

Great location which has local reasonably priced car parks within a short walk. Rooms and bar were clean and well presented.

The room was unbearably hot. It was well over 30 degrees. There was a small fan which we did turn on but it didn't have much impact. Fortunately we were also able to open the window a smidge - again not much difference. I have to say that I was also disappointed that the staff member who handed us our key in an envelope didn't point out that there was a money off voucher in there to use in the bar. More frustrating because it was the same person who served my husband in the bar and she didn't mention it.

The Hotel was relatively easy to find. It was ideally situated for our purpose. We managed to find off street parking in the road behind the hotel, which was a bonus. It was very clean and tidy. It looked as if it had been newly decorated. It was surprisingly quiet, considering the location. The room itself was spacious. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle with tea, coffee and milk.
