I cannot fault it in any way Carl is a lovely man and very helpful with lots of local knowledge and has a beautiful property which I will definitely use again

Immaculately clean with what looked like brand new sheets and towels etc The shower was powerful and constant hot water The decor was gorgeous and very tastefully designed The bed was comfortable and clean The location could not have been any better and parking was free and easily accessible We was greeted with fresh tea,coffee, sugar and milk and some local knowledge to make our stay as best as it could be

As previously mentioned think having a kingsize bed would have been more comfortable The apartment was very hot even with windows open a fan would have been helpful As previously mentioned steep steps but good handrails for support

We are used to a larger bed so the double felt a litle cramped but it was still comfortable.

Carl was at the property to hand over the keys and show us our private parking space when we arrived. He was very friendly and showed us around the property. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The location is ideal for the for accessing the sea front, pier, and the Great Orme without having to drive. There are plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance too. Having a private parking place in Llandudno is a real bonus as there is a 2 hour time limit on all street parking.

We had no issues or complaints whatsoever which in all honesty is a rare occasion these days!

Excellent charismatic Host who kindly guided us to our Private Parking Bay for a 3 p.m check in. Carl was very hospitable and thorough in his 'Meet & Greet' which was a great start after our long journey. The property itself was excellent and just what we had hoped for as per the pictures and brief we had seen and read beforehand. Location was also excellent so it's definitely one to remember should we return to this part of Wales in the near future!

The apartment was superb. Beautifully decorated and elegant. Perfectly positioned. Only 2 minutes walk from the beach, town and the Great Orme. Carl, the host was fabulous. We will be returning!

The steps up to the property would be a challenge to people with mobility issues.Would of been nice to have an outdoor area to sit.We were aware that this wasn't available so being picky, finding it hard to criticise as we are so happy with this property.

The apartment is beautifully furnished with a modern contemporary look.Great location without the noise of central locations.High quality towels and comfy bed with a great duvet.Fixtures and fittings are again excellent, fully equipped kitchen within the main living area,glass table to dine in a prime position in a bay window with outlook onto roadside.Adequate sized washroom, toilet and shower.Excellent location closed to shops,bars, restaurants and takeaways.Had to mention what a lovely gentleman Carl our host was,very welcoming and explained everything about the property.

Very personal to us - I think there are 10 steps from street level and hubby has a bad leg, so he struggled a bit.

Perfect location, one street back from Prom/Pier Met by the owner, Carl, who was a lovely chap. Allocated parking space - great bonus! Apartment was perfectly formed - well equipped kitchen area. Great WiFi. Lovely bay window to sit in & watch the world go by! Good, easy to use electric shower with toiletries provided (& hairdryer) Nice towels. Bed super comfy with cosy, soft bedding. Pillows good All in all a great stay & will definitely be back Thanks Carl!

As a person with a dodgy knee, I found the steep steps to front door a bit difficult and felt the handrail should be higher up, especially if you are taller than me at 5' 2'! I'm not a fan of bathrooms and toilets with no windows so the problem with the extractor fan and not being able to use it wasn't what we'd have chosen... I would recommend the provision of a chair or something in the bedroom where you could put your clothes at the end of the day. And in winter, I would have liked to have had the central heating on earlier than 8am and before 6 - 10pm. (We didn't figure out how to get the additional fireplace heater working until the 2nd day but we don't like the drying effect of fan heaters so didn't put it on very for long).

The flat felt very welcoming, lovely light from the bay window and watching passers by over a cup of tea. We loved the welcoming pack of fresh fruit and a little bottle of milk. Carl, the host, was super welcoming and incredibly responsive with the 2 issues that arose at the beginning of our short stay. When the broadband stopped working, he fixed it within the hour! When told the extractor fan made worrying noises, again, Carl was round quickly to check and advise turning power off for safety reasons until he could get an electrician round. Couldn't ask for a more helpful or apologetic host

The decor, how clean it was, and how close it was from the heart of Llandudno. Everything is walking distance from the property. There is plenty of choice to eat out and also a convenience Sainsbury's shop 5 minutes walk from accommodation.
