United KingdomUnfortunately the fire alarm set off 3 times in total, twice during the deep hours of night. So not a great night. Scaffolding very close to our room also rattled all night as the wind picked up.
Staff were professional, rooms seemed clean. Top stars to staff on their approach in all areas.

United KingdomIt's an old hotel, rooms a little tired and floors uneven but it's the nature of an old hotel. Suits us very well.
Location, lifts in hotel, helpful and cheerful staff, WiFi good, Rooms and bathroom is clean. Bath as well as a shower option and bathrooms a reasonable size. Parking along the front there just outside the hotel is free with our blue badge. Stayed there the last few times we've been to llandudno and always a lovely few days and reasonably priced and will stay there again.

United KingdomThe property is in a good location but it is way to expensive for what it is.. its so old from inside walls are all old and bedroom was so awfully designed when u sit on the toilet the sink is right in your lap! Lol u literally had to turn and face the other way ro sut on toilet. The pictures look modern and nice on booking.com but in real life it isn’t anywhere near as nice or modern. Also don’t get why check in is so late most places its 2 here its 3 and check out is early at 10. We arrived a bit early 2.30 but they said we had to wait which i get but the receptionist said it might not be 3 you get ur room to might be iver which i found weird because we paid for 3 o clock check in so why would it not be ready for 3

United KingdomOur family room had scaffolding at the windows which we had been told about meaning when it rained it sounded like a tap in the room had been turned on. Our room definitely needed some maintenance on things that could easily be done but haven’t.
The staff were helpful and everything has been thought through so we didn’t need to que for keys etc. The Manager in the restaurant was lovely so helpful and friendly and really made our stay special. The beds were really comfy, plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms, great location, daughter enjoyed using the pool and the facilities on site are good.

United KingdomThe hotel is in a need of refurbishment, the bathrooms are very small mould around the shower floor. Windows dirty could not see out, with scaffolding outside. The pool has no changing room facilities.

United KingdomI suppose some bits could do with a bit of a freshening up but for the age of the hotel it really isn't that bad at all.
The location of the hotel is perfect for our needs. We attend the Llandudno Goldwing Light Parade every year. I spend the day on the prom with my bike and the wife follows down later. Since she walks with a cane she needs to be fairly close so the Marine is ideal.l
