The pillows are not comfortable for me, too soft! This is not a complaint, just an observation. We asked for an early breakfast at 8.00, which they provided. The front-of-house young man was the perfect host. When I asked if it came with Bacon, he had a look of horror on his face and rectified the problem with some proper thick back bacon! Well done, the perfect host!

We only stayed for one night as we were going to the Supercar meeting on the prom on the Sunday morning, the main reason was the secure parking; however, the place was wonderful, with fantastic views from the front of the hotel, the room was lovely, was a very comfortable bed, but I could not get comfortable with the pillows, to soft! We did eat in the restaurant in the evening, again very nice, the complimentary drink was a nice touch. The breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended, we will be back next year!

The tower rom was lovely but a bit of a climb to get to. brekfast was good except no smoked salmon available on first day, As we do not eat meat this meant our choice was very limited.

A couple of the staff were inexperienced with a two young guys seeming to be doing all the work whilst the girls didn’t seem to know what to do or be as interested. .

The location was fantastic, it was elevated with the most magnificent views over Conwy Bay. Iris not a big hotel which we liked, the staff particularly Morgan & Joseph where brilliant. We stayed an extra night & eat at the restaurant both nights, great choice of meals, beautifully presented & a fabulous cooked to order breakfast. One of the nicest stays that we have had, definitely a must place to visit.

Quiet location ..surrounded by a lovely holiday home park. Nice atmosphere...very friendly staff team Restaurant great though recommend you book in advance. Breakfast was excellent. Quite rural location but close to Conwy.

Some areas could have been cleaner. The fob for the main barrier didn’t work throughout our visit. Weak shower. Breakfast Not very well organised on one day.

This is a lovely hotel recently refurbed. The hotel decor is a stylish mix of old and new. Our bedroom was first class, well appointed, very comfortable bed and a superb view over the river Conwy. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. The staff were excellent friendly and helpful. We would stop here again.

Staff are so helpful, polite, friendly, approachable nothing is too much trouble - a really good Team. Food is excellent. Surroundings so quiet and picturesque. Decor in keeping with the property and the room was so comfortable.
