It’s not a case of ‘not liking’ the property at all…… it would be great to have a larger fridge especially if you’re staying for a week or two BUT the room uses every inch very well and where you would imagine a full size fridge to be has been replaced with a washing machine which for me is far more useful. Again, it’s not a case of not liking something but the rooms don’t have any windows apart from the frosted one on the door so even during the day it is quite dark but flick the lamp on and open the top half of the barn style door and you’re sorted.

Location is perfect for NMH, always room to park right outside, the hosts just the nicest people not only during the booking process but during your stay as well. I’ve stayed in both the studios and both are absolutely spotless. If you work out the price per night then you’ll realise how incredibly well priced is.

I would recommend adding a little blind to the top stable door to stop the daylight coming in very early during the summer mornings. Didn't bother us but might bother another guest.

Great value for money. Lovely place and would recommend it if you are staying in Manchester. Me and my husband both said the bed was super comfortable and we had a great sleep.

Honestly, the only things I can think of are that a little fan in the room would be a nice addition (and maybe there was one and I just didn’t spot it) and a curtain to pull in front of the front door might come in handy to block the porch light at night.

It was an adorable and efficient space, and our hosts were very attentive. We had activities planned in both Whitefield and Manchester city center, so it was handy finding a spot right between them.

The mini fridge was super cute to see, but really too small for me so I decided not to use it in the end. I think a microwave would perfectly complete the room. There was a flickering of one light in the bathroom, nothing major but it should be fixed. This has nothing to do with the room but: if you're a girl keep an eye open when coming back from Abraham Moss. The room is very close to it and it's safe and fast, but I got catcalled and then approached by a lady asking me for money, so it's always best to pay attention since it's a quite isolated location.

The room was really well kept and CLEAN. As a girl travelling alone I loved the privacy it gave me, I felt safe in it. It's easy to see that the hosts really put a lot of effort and care in this room. Let's talk about the BED!!! It was so comfortable and the pillows smelt very good!! The space is well organized and the private bathroom, even if small, does its job. It's very close to Abraham Moss metrolink, a 5 minute walk. I had to go to the Co-Op live for a concert: it's not near by public transport, but it's easy to get there with Uber, 10 minutes. The hosts were lovely and helped me immediately with a couple of issues I had (not regarding the room itself, but for example they gave me a hairdryer because the one that was in the room was broken and needed to be changed). I think I will come back here if I'll ever need to, I'm super satisfied! Best hosts ever, really.

Exactly what we needed as we stayed here for Manchester Marathon weekend. Close enough to the centre of Manchester to walk in and easy to get an uber back on an evening. Lovely clean property with everything we needed. Did not speak face to face with the hosts as they messaged us details on how to enter the property and where to park. On street parking right outside the room which was ideal.
