Very dated. No facilities beyond the basis. Holes in floor boards covered by flooring tiles. Towel rail hanging off the wall. Unable to open window as pulley system had snapped. Walls are thin and could her guests in the next room. Conscious they could probably hear my boys as well. No daily house keeping.

Close proximity to the pier, shops, bars, cafe and restaurants. Close to great orme tram station. Beds were comfortable and to a good size. Good communication from staff via Booking.com app prior to stay.

The parking situation made me very anxious as it was so busy and you only got an hour and half free on the side street with no return in 60 mins however by 18.00 once it began to quieten down we could get park outside of the hotel

Bed was quite uncomfortable always woke up in pain the windows were on properly up with celotape stains on the duvet dust and dirt on windows the door hit the bed as walked in the lock on the door looked like it been prived open the shower had 0 pressure you could here every slight movement or noise someone made even when went toilet this was in room 12

The room wasn’t too great in room 5 the toilet seat was broken and the TV wouldn’t switch on with the remote provided (could of been to my own error however) The room I was in was kinda outdated. The rooms at least mine I would say need a little TLC. Their was also a massive argument around 4am in the morning as well lots of banging and shouting from upstairs and downstairs (not sure if the staff was involved in this)

It was very warm, outdated, we had a broken window with a hole. The other window we could only open so far. In manned, so had to walk to the other hotel to check in. No parking, and we ended up with a ticket. So a cheap hotel ended up being an expensive one in the end.

It’s a touch dated which is fine but theres quite a lot that didn’t work in the room. Most plugs didn’t work plus there was no remote for the tv. Fire alarm went off twice during the night. No answer on the emergency number provided as obviously it woke everyone up. I’d stop again for the location alone and the bed was actually super comfy. Also I must say this was just one room. The others could be perfectly fine it’s just my opinion 🙂

Had to pick up and check in to another hotel around corner. Message the Moblie number to say that tv doesn’t work. The heating didn’t work. The room needs a good clean, their was food which had been left at the side of the single bed which has been there probably for weeks.

One light which meant it was either in darkness or bright light and it was just me and my daughter. She was asleep at 7pm. Also I was not notified that there was no staff there. Me and my toddler were stuck outside with a pram and a suitcase in the cold not knowing what to do. Only as another party came and also were struggling to understand what was going on did we then have to go to their sister hotel to get the key. Extremely disappointing as I had a freezing child. Unacceptable

Housekeeping. There was a hair on the bed. Toilet flush wouldn’t work properly. There were fresh linens and towels scattered in the entry area.

Dirty toilet in bathroom on arrival and hard to flush. Couldn't get heating to work but could of been our fault. Had to get room keys from partner hotel nearby.

Hotel is very good for the dog and second time coming because of this. Convenient location.

There was zero staff around at any time, and when I rang the sister hotel I could not get through. There was also no hot water.

The shower water was not very warm, along with the pressure not very strong Dust in the wardrobe was so thick on the top shelf it had not been cleaned for a long time No bed cabinets or lights. You had to get out of bed to turn the light on or off No staff You had to go to the sister hotel The room decor was very shabby
