Very good position lovely views

Location was excellent for our needs. We had a sea view room. Food was excellent, both evening meal and freshly cooked breakfast. Beth who checked us in and served our evening meal and tended the bar couldn’t do enough for you so thank you Beth. Good value for money

Although there are plenty of restaurants to eat, you may need to book and be aware most places close early during the week.

Great location with excellent sea views. Near great walking routes to the Great Orme. There is a footpath with great views of both Llandudno center and the West Shore where the hotel is located, well recommended as it is an easy walk with plenty of benches for a rest to take in the views. We recommend taking the tram to the summit. Great food at the hotel.

Room could have been cleaner,odd peanuts and hairs on floor in both room and bathroom.Bulb gone on one of the bedside lamps.

Our room was not very private. It was on the corner of the hotel, with several windows opening out onto the street. There was no privacy curtain, so people walking by could look straight into our room. During the day we had to close the heavy curtains to stop people looking into the room. The windows did not have any safety screens on them So anyone could access our room through the windows. At night we kept the windows closed, which made the room hot.

The room was large and was on the ground floor so we didn’t have to carry our cases up stairs Breakfast was good and the location excellent

One of the parties is dairy free and at breakfast we asked for dairy free milk for cereal and coffee but they didn’t have any. There was also no dairy free spread so couldn’t have cereal or toast. When asked they said the bar may have some but didn’t offer to get any. It was a shame because every other single thing about the stay was brilliant

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were loverly and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We had an evening meal and it was beautiful and the cooked breakfast was good.

The room was a little small and was a bit hot too. People who go to bed a little early might find it a bit noisy.

It's a pub with rooms which suited us as we like a pub atmosphere. The food was great. We overlooked the beer garden and there was a good feel. The host was great. Some ruffians turned up and they were show out quite quickly. The location for us was very good too - very handy for walking. Parking was good for us - there was parking on the road outside when we turned up and we left the car there for a couple of days.

For us it was dirty, marks all on the walls, plug socket coming off, dust and dirty all around the bed, bed sheets had orange marks on them, sofa had marks on the cushions, we paid more for a sea view and instead we got a roundabout view

They were in the middle of renovating some of the rooms but it wasn’t a problem

The breakfast was great we had cereal and fresh orange juice and toast all of which you helped yourself to as much as you wanted then a full breakfast.The location was excellent and we had a sea view from our room

The food was amazing lovely restaurant. It’s right in the sea front in a quiet part of Llandudno. Beautiful sunsets. Really enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Lovely huge bathroom with whirlpool style bath but no overhead shower (just hand held) and water pressure and heat lacking. Think this may have been an area issue rather than a fault with the lilly

Lovely little hotel. Staff great. Location near beach with a 5 minute walk to the mainsra front and pier. Room had sea view. Room clean a.d well presented. Breakfast excellent

My roast meal in the restaurant was disappointing Butt service was good

Great location. Friendly staff even going to the local shop to get me some lactose free milk. Bed comfortable and roo. Spotlessly clean. Would recommend

Reported that the toilet seat was broken and had a crack in the seat but nothing was done about it The Room could have done with a bit of maintenance and there was a burn in the carpet ! BUT DON’T LET THIS PUT YOU OFF FROM VISITING

The property is in a good location good restaurants good choice of food and cooked well and a good selections of drink in the bar and excellent breakfast
