Information a bit lacking and I could not find any wifi details. There were a couple of blown bulbs and damage to the window.

Friendly and welcoming greeting with someone who clearly puts a lot of stock in service. Lots of character, lovely place.

I liked everything but it's a work in progress and there are some small details too improve on.

We loved the beautiful building. Seeing the old doors, beams and deco was lovely. The welcome was really lovely too. Great continental breakfast too.

No extractor fan in the bathroom . No staff member clearing tables in the breakfast room , we saw a couple have to clear a table as there wasn’t one that hadn’t been used .

We liked the quirky old building. The room was clean and well presented . The continental self service breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Hole in the leaded window and curtains had a couple of light marks on them. Everything else was very good

I liked everything, there was nothing to dislike.

I got a warm welcome from Ali and I was shown to the room and had a brief tour of the Old Farm house. Very comfortable Farmhouse with that feeling of a very old house. I absolutely loved it. The continental breakfast was amazing. I had a choice of Cereal, yoghurts, boiled eggs, tea and coffee, toast with a selection of meats and cheeses, fruit and more.... brilliant!!

No slip mat in shower or hand grab rails for people with mobility issues. As it's an old building there are some high steps inside.

Staff were on hand for any queries and were very friendly and helpful. Large car park area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent continental breakfast. Great location with easy access to shops and places to eat. Owner very receptive to suggestions for possible improvements.

The restaurant wasn’t yet ready when we visited and other local eateries were quite a walk

The accommodation was in a secluded oasis in the middle of a housing estate. Yet Very close to the local main roads.

The restaurant is being refurbished, so the site is unattended. You phone to get met and shown your room, and breakfast was entirely self-service.

    All great

I frequently stay at Langley Inn due to its proximity to Emersons Green and the Science Park. The Inn is a charming and original English country B&B with very comfortable rooms and a generous continental breakfast. Overall I highly recommend it and stay here frequently

Poor ventilation in the hot weather. We had the top floor and only one opening window, so was really hot at night. Could with a fan or two in the room.

The continental breakfast was plentiful and good quality but…. NO Coffee!!!! ( other than powdered stuff) A terrible start to the day - Would put me off returning despite all other aspects of the hotel being great. Investing in some sort of coffee machine would surely not break the bank!

Interesting old building in very quiet location. Room comfortable and clean. Old stone building was fairly cool even in the hot weather.
