Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast was cold buy time it came, The room never got cleaned, but they said they only had the one key as the other got broken ,The shower was poor there wasn't enough pressure for the water but it was still hot water there, there was parking at the rear off the hotel but only 3 spaces so if it was full you had to go to a car park and pay extra to park

United KingdomThe free wifi didn't work in our room! The dining room looked barren; which gave us no inclination to book a breakfast. The window in our room was cracked and held together with tape. Coffee and Tea were not replaced after our first morning and the room was not cleaned or the towels changed. We had to ask for a fan for our bedroom as it was stifling hot in the late afternoon and all night; even with the fan!

United KingdomSome of the furniture could do with being replaced, the wardrobe door would not close and kept swinging open so we had to place something in front of it. We were only given one pillow each, would have been good to have extras in the wardrobe for if needed. The tea/coffee making facilities didn't get replenished after our first night so had to find a member of staff to ask for more and clean our cups in the sink with shower gel.
The location was great, right near all amenities and the seafront. Staff were also very friendly. Our room had recently had a fresh coat of paint. Useful that small toiletries are provided. Good value for money for the price we paid.
