What I didn't like was the people in room above ours. The man stomped his way around in the middle of the night, for two of our stay. I was genuinely thinking about complaining, and I sure the staff would have been receptive to my complaint as they were very friendly, but those guests seemed to go home early as I saw them in the lobby with their luggage. Maybe others complained!, I was just glad they were gone.

Breakfast was a self-service buffet with cooked, a more continental style, or mix and match between them both. The cooked option were Sausages, baked beans, and scrabbled egg. While the continental involved fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, cereals, etc..take what you want, and find a table. Tea, and coffee were also available.

John was very accommodating and very informative. The breakfast included in the stay was superb, parking space included as well was great we managed to park for the whole time 3 nights on our stay. I love the recreation/lounge area and the fridge where you can put your food for lunch or dinner. Overall it was a great stay.

The seagulls were very loud in the morning but it is a seaside town, so of course nothing you can do about it!

The water pressure of the shower was not strong enough.

The breakfast room was big and the breakfast was good. The room was quite clean. We managed to get parking spot on all three nights that we stayed. There were fridges and a freezer at this bed and breakfast, so we could keep our beer cold. There were also dinning ware that the guests can use for their lunch/ dinner. There was also a washing machine and ironing facility, but we did not use them. There was a big lounge with sea view for the guests to sit, again we did not have a chance to use it, as we were out most of the time.

We had a shower / sink issue but we let John know so he could try and fix it, and he was grateful, these things happen sometimes :)

Love the location. Love there is a free car park. Love there is a lounge, outside bench, shared kitchen, brekky included. John checked out my last review and gave me the bits I once reviewed in the past, and helped me with a plaster for my finger :)

Basic place as described. We had chosen it mainly for the included parking and breakfast, but the breakfast was really poor and the parking lot was already full. Be aware that it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. I would suggest the management inform guests about this beforehand. Cleanliness was fine, there was constant noise from the floors above and absolutely no sound insulation.

Sea view rooms big and full of light. Position is 10/10.

2 days we had to ask for our rooms to have the bins emptied and the tea and coffee to be replaced and the bed sheets to be changed. But when prompted,the staff were very helpful and did it very quickly

The room size was good and clean The extra hot items at breakfast were a very nice surprise,and breakfast overall was very nice and the staff kept the items avaliable well stocked at all times and the tables clean and tidy.

As with all hotels, the noise of inconsiderate guests was the only issue.

Easy to find, and not too far from the beaches and shops. The breakfast was wholesome, comprising a range of different products, hot and cold.

Cooked breakfast was same 3 items each day. Scrambled egg, sausage and beans. No alternative hot food. This however does not downgrade my rating as staff do a good job and it is a basic good budget hotel :)

Great location, walking distance from town. Clean hotel and a Good size free car park. Staff were always helpful and friendly when anything needed.
