Manager and the Staff are excellent. They are very helpful and accommodating.

I fell and had an accident. I think it’s better if you take the parking space next to the steps out as the pavement is not enough to move. It is accident prone.

Large room and great food. Close to the main roads. Wonderfull staff

The property was in a central quiet position handy for getting out and about. Comfortable beds and a good accessible bathroom

No plug in bathroom sink and kept losing signal to TV.

Good size rooms, lovely restaurant.

Walls things, banging doors, adjoining rooms TV could be heard.

Beautiful place , Great staff. Especially Debbie the waitress, singing dancing away , very polite and attentive to your every need. Boosts your day when people are nice and kind .

Room was bit on the dark side due to be located on the side of the hotel beside trees. The doors in the corridor bit noisy.

We were there for a relaxing stay, we couldn’t sleep for doors constantly being opened and banged shut in the corridors, this went on till 2 am

Good bed ,nice hot shower ,quiet place to sleep,great breakfast,nice and friendly staff.

I had difficulty to find that place at night

We really appreciated the 24hr reception as we arrived after midnight. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was great. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

The patio door in the room, the comfy bed, Netflix.

No fresh fruit, inconsistency with the porridge. Greasy food. Staff on reception seemed unhappy.

Room was very nice, clean and quiet. We were at the back of the property. Not much of a view i.e. were looking at a hedge but it made for a very peaceful sleep. Other rooms looked onto the car park. The rooms were obviously newly decorated and so spotlessly clean. Breakfast was buffet for some and hot food served. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff in reception, the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful, even when we arrived en masse after a party at 12:30 am. I would definitely return.

I would prefer to have tea bags and make my own tea. I don't like tea out of an urn as you are stuck with the strength as it comes. It was pretty weak and I don't like my tea overly strong so I doubt it was great for most people. Could do with a towel rail in the bathroom.

The hotel was super clean and very modern
