Only down side is that there isn’t any parking (we knew this when booking), but there was a car park nearby which was very reasonable and safe. There is room is be dropped off outside too.

Location was excellent as was the room. Very comfy bed and very clean. Shower was powerful. They left some sweet treats which was also a really nice touch. Breakfast the next day was excellent.

The breakfast had excellent ingredients but the cooking was a bit hit and miss - bacon that had probably been sitting around. Wonderful sausages though

Real attention to detail. Tasteful decor, thoughtful touches. Handwritten welcome note, sweet staff, amuse-bouches as welcome in the room. Wonderful location in the centre of Marlow.

Lovely for a stay in Marlowe. In town centre close to park, church, river, shops and restaurants. Lovely room. Tea, coffee, water, biscuits/treats and a welcome note from manager. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on food.Have to parking car park round the corner but not an issue for us.

Trying to deal with Booking.com! A nightmare we had to swallow at a cost of £90. We wante to chang eto the "Comfy" room, but ......

everything ideal, lovely pre breakfast walk along the Thames, really brilliant Evening meal menu superbly cooked. Next time I shall only book direct with the hotel, and not Booking.com The website photos are accurate. The bathroom requisites, and the tea and coffee choices are top notch too.

Parking isn’t available but a local car park is with good value parking.

The decor looks fresh and luxurious following a recent refurb and it certainly makes all the difference. The rooms are lovely and there were some very nice little touches on arrival that make the difference.

We were in a bit of a hurry so a buffet breakfast would have suited us better but the food was freshly cooked.

The staff were excellent. They were professional and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has just been renovated so it is immaculate. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked really well

Stayed two nights. Before booking I sent a query that was never answered. Most annoying was the room wasnt refreshed for our second evening - this meant no new towels, no toilet paper in the room, no tea, no water and no milk. When I raised this with staff - asking for a formal response - I was told about leaving a sign outside the room for cleaning facilities. We feel that the norm is to put out a sign for ‘do not disturb’ (which was the side visible on our door),and that i had not come across a ‘please clean’ version before. He then apologised stating that we should have been informed this(we weren’t) It left us with a room lacking toilet paper and other facilities for the second evening. I have asked for a formal response - which I am still waiting for. Parking situation poor. Also - given you need a key to access the residential facilities, you should provide two key cards

No parking (officially), but there a fair bit outside the hotel that becomes available. Not sure where i would have parked if I hadn't mange to get in front of the hotel. Also not sure what the rules on the parking are, but i didn't get a ticket or hassled about it!

Place was beautiful, totally spotless, the staff were great and the room (i had a snug) was immaculate with some class touches. Real milk, chocolates, welcome message, tv set with a welcome. Shower was a. little small, but it was a snug, so hey ho!, got what i paid for. Breakfast was nice, didn't go for lots of different stuff but smoked salmon and egg were great. Coffee needs some work!

Location was excellent . Lovely hotel … snug room is very snug for two people … would choose classic double room next time … very clean … lovely breakfast and reasonably priced …..meal in pub at night was excellent .
