Very small room, aprox 4 squer meters. No place to sit and drink Coffee or te. Shared kitchen was not in use. Badthroom so small I was having difficulty drying myself after shower. There was a remote for t.v but no t.v hahaha. Funny place. But it was clean.

Room was very small and stairs up very narrow. Room was clean and bed was ok. Neigbourhood and surround very dirty and nothing to see or do while waiting for your flight. Garbage laying around all, very shocking to see how people that live in the neighbourhood throw garbage around everywhere.

There was a really loud guy on the phone all evening. Nevertheless, the owner got in touch with him and he soon quietened down, so I can't fault the owner for that, as he sorted it out very quickly.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The bed was comfy too.

The ad said there will be toiletries provided. We got clean towels but in the shower there was only shampoo, no soap so we had to buy one.

Close to the airport, 35 min walk. It has a Tesco just around the corner which was great. Self check-in so we could arrive late at night with no problem.

taxis are taking 18 pounds to reach the flat. I walked (30 min) This doesn't have much to do with the apartment, though. only with the general organisation of the trip.

Nothing it was just what I needed and will stay again

Property very easy to find and had parking available. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Bed comfy and room cozy with a nice warm feeling. Shower room was adequate and shower was excellent and powerful.

There were only two things that I did not like: - we received the check-in instructions only after the start of check-in hour, after directly calling the host to request the info; the delay was caused by cleaning not being finished in time, from what I understood. I would strongly suggest sending the instructions at the beginning of the day and informing about potential delays upfront - the cleaning, from our perspective, was superficial; we received less towels than needed and one of them was already stained, we were not 100% sure if the sheets were freshly changed (they were wrinkled unusually, but smelled clean) and the toilet had some stains. The host was very friendly in our interaction and seemed like a genuinely nice person, so I am sure these issues will be addressed in the future with the needed seriosity, but I wanted to address them anyway.

The location is very convenient for those who travel through Luton Airport and the rooms are quiet. The bed was quite comfortable and the host was friendly. It is a well furnished place, having the minimum necessities for short stays. Easy self check-in.

Bad isolated walls

Self check-in and check-out (quick and easy), clean and worth the cost room, unfortunately you can hear everything (including someone walking) as walls aren’t best isolated- except that, all good and I would definitely come back!

Its proximity to Luton Airport. It was clean.

The duvet covers were in the closet and they didn't look like they were washed. They had a couple of stains and didn't smell fresh.

It's a good choice if you have an early morning flight. I walked to the airport and it took about 30 minutes. There's also a Tesco Express very close by. The house itself has been completely redone and the room was quite nice.
