Loved the style and the space of the suite. Clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Stayed for one night on our way home from Scotland. Bathroom is huge. Beds are comfy.

The building felt odd. I think the whole hotel is apartments or suites but not sure.

Quiet location, a few minutes drive from the city centre. Lots of nice restaurants within a 3 minute drive/15 minute walk.

    Everything.

There is no bar or dining room. If there were, the accommodation would be just perfect.

it was very comfortable & clean

not a lot - only two things i was unhappy with: there was blood marks on the outside of the room patio door as though somebody had cut their finger & this obvs hadn’t been cleaned up. secondly the shower soap wash in the bathroom was empty when i tried to have a shower, luckily i had some in the car as a backup

The staff were great. Bathroom was excellent. Sofas very comfy and cool, nice to see books in the room. Bedrooms were nicely decorated with plenty of storage. Fridge and ironing board very handy.

The bed in the master bedroom was quite small with a very hard mattress - my wife barely slept. The door was also quite hard to lock and unlock and didn't seem to fully close. We did get it closed but it didn't feel very premium. The whole place was very warm at all times - granted it was a heatwave, but we'd have preferred a bit more climate control. The light in the main room was weird - the main lights were too bright for evening lighting and the only other option was daylight, which left the back of the room in shadow. One lamp would have fixed this! Glass tables are tacky and very noisy when placing drinks down.

The place is spacious. The beds are comfy enough. The bathroom looks nice, but we never got to use it because...

There was no hot water when we woke. It was run from a boiler somewhere that had apparently stopped sometime in the night. This also meant all the radiators weren't working and the place was cold. There was no one at reception and no number to call when. Messaged on booking.com, over an hour later got a reply saying they were away from reception because they were working on it, which seemed unlikely. It was eventually fixed by about 8.30am, which is basically too late to be of help to anyone with somewhere to be, which was us as we were already leaving. Because the rooms are clearly converted from offices there is a boarded over door frame, it looks nice enough, but you can hear everything through it. The doors in the place are also all self closing, which wasn't very useful for the kids room as they like the door open. Other reviews show this has happened before, save yourself the hassle and find somewhere more reliable

I just want to say, first things first that the bathroom is absolutely exquisite. I really loved that you can lock all of the doors that made it very safe and secure. The added facilities such as tea and coffee, microwave etc were brilliant and I liked that you could turn the heating on and off.

The only things that I didn’t like were the top of the master bedroom bed was very dusty and the TV stand was dusty as well. I’d have a word with the cleaners. I didn’t sleep too well and could’ve really done with the lamp in the room rather than just one big light. I was visiting family so it was a great place to crash for the night and as I know Nottingham it is extremely ideal location wise.

The suite was so spacious. It is usually very difficult for me to find a place where my 3 children and I can stay as they are now older. This was perfect. The bathroom was stunning. The living room was so welcoming, especially with the huge choice of books to read. I wish we had more time to enjoy it.

The single beds were uncomfortable and the duvets were too thin for this time of year. We were quite cold in the night. When we got there, we had no hot water. The night manager fiddled with the boiler and got the water working, but the heating never kicked in. It was freezing the whole time we were there. The radiator in the twin bedroom was leaking too. I hope they get that sorted. It really was a lovely suite and I would definitely stay again if these issues got sorted
